After several weeks of sand and sun and mountain peaks in Morocco with G Adventures, it’s hard to know where to start. As the trip itinerary notes, it’s a fairly ambitious schedule, covering more ground than almost any other 2-week tour in the country.
As a result, you’re in the bus for more time than most other G Adventure tours, and you’ve got less free time built in. But this means that you can chat more with the people you’ve met and watch the scenery shift as you move around the country.
It’s always fascinating to see the differences in culture, language and dress in such a small place, and Morocco is no exception – from North to South, East to West, each area is very distinctive in food and attitude. Here are some photos from my time with the group and our great guide Yacine, exploring some of the many things Morocco has to offer.
