Listed below are the terms and conditions associated with the free tour and airfare that will be awarded to one winner who will be randomly drawn from all respondents who successfully and wholly complete the G Adventures July 2011 Customer Insight survey.

Free trip:
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value and substitutions will not be permitted. The "Costa Rica Quest" trip for 1 person includes the land tour, accommodations (one night pre-tour, on-tour, and one night post-tour) and international return airfare (from the winner's nearest gateway airport to San Jose, Costa Rica) but does not include travel insurance, incidentals or other third party services as determined. The prize is only valid on small group tours, and trip must be booked by October 31, 2011 and travel completed by June 30, 2012. It is the responsibility of the winner to contact G Adventures Sales department by August 31, 2011 in order to claim the prize. You must be 18 or older to claim the prize. Please note that as a prize winner, you may only book onto departures that are guaranteed to depart and have reached their minimum participant requirements. G Adventures reserves the right to substitute tours for operational resources and blackout dates may apply. Participants acknowledge these contest rules are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and laws of Ontario. By entering the contest and agreeing to our terms and conditions, the winners confirm their eligibility and compliance with the contest rules and release G Adventures from all liability caused by, or resulting from, the acceptance or use of the contest prize.
