By TTC:
Take the Yonge / University TTC subway line and get off at St. Andrew station. Walk west on King Street. Charlotte Street is on the north side of King Street, just east of Spadina Avenue. By TTC streetcar, get off at the King and Spadina intersection.

By Car:
From the QEW and south, take Spadina Avenue north and turn right at King Street or Adelaide Street. Charlotte Street will be the next street you pass. Parking nearby at MEC, on King Street (certain hours) or off of Adelaide Street.

From north, heading down Avenue Road, connect to Spadina Avenue. Continue south, turn left at Adelaide Street, then right onto Charlotte Street.
