Experience the breathtaking Hong Kong skyline

Located in the southernmost section of China, Hong Kong is one of the most unique cities in the world. Although it is technically part of China, it operates on a completely different political system, and despite being in one of the oldest countries in the world it is among the most modern cities. It's this duality that has turned Hong Kong into a popular adventure travel destination.
Hong Kong's most instantly-recognizable feature is undoubtedly its famous skyline. A relatively small city, Hong Kong is home to more than 1,200 skyscrapers, which is the most in the world. There are many awe-inspiring buildings that will appeal to even the casual architecture buff, but the International Commerce Center stands above the rest, both literally and figuratively.
The ICC rises more than 1,587 feet above the streets of Hong Kong, making it the third-tallest building in the world. Aside from being a sight to marvel from the ground, the building also offers rewards to travelers looking to make the 100-floor trip to the observation deck. Known as Sky100, the 360-degree deck has more to offer than just spectacular views as it also home to a restaurant, cafe and gift shop.
The ICC is not the only standout building on the Hong Kong skyline. The Central Plaza (1,227 feet), Bank of China Tower (1,205 feet) and Nina Towers (1,051 feet) all rank among the tallest in the world.
Though experiencing Hong Kong's skyscrapers from the street is one way to appreciate their size, the option that many visitors choose it to take it all in from Victoria Harbor. Rides in the Harbor are particularly stunning because it sets the impressive skyline against the mountains in the background, offering a view few places on earth can provide.
