Paris, France, is known for its luxuries, history and overall beauty. Now, the famous Royal Monceau hotel has reopened, after undergoing renovations for the past two years, and is ready to be experienced by guests and locals alike.
According to the New York Times, the palace hotel has recently opened its doors again and now hosts a bookstore, theater, cigar bar and a botanical garden all in the shadow of the magnificent Arc de Triomphe.
The hotel also features a contemporary art gallery run by Herve Mikaeloff.
The design of the hotel mixes French chic with eclectic finishes, such as different woods and plastics in many shapes, styles and colors, according to the news source.
While in Paris take the opportunity to wander down the Mare and explore the winding cobblestone streets around the city. Head over to Montmartre and wander through the historically artistic area, before stopping and enjoying the view from the top of the hill.
The best way to explore France is with a small group of adventure travelers.
