Day 1 Anchorage
Arrive at any time.
Day 2 Kayaker's Cove (1D)
Drive along Turnagain Arm to the coastal town of Seward. After an orientation tour of the city, head out on a wildlife cruise which ends at Kayaker's Cove. Overnight in a rustic lodge, with hiking trails all around.
Day 3 Seward (1B, 1L, 1D)
Morning kayaking trip along the coast, keeping an eye out for a wide variety of wildlife. In the afternoon, transfer back to Seward by water taxi.
Day 4 Cooper Landing (1B, 1L, 1D)
Morning ice-hike on stunning Exit Glacier in Kenai National Park. In the afternoon, depart for Cooper Landing.
Day 5 Girdwood (1B, 1D)
Enjoy a free day in Cooper Landing with the option for hikes around the Kenai Peninsula. If you prefer, just take it easy and relax by the river. Transfer to Girdwood.
Day 6 Girdwood (1B, 1L, 1D)
After transferring to Girdwood, options available for some excellent mountain biking. The trails around here vary and include some full downhill trails as well as more scenic, gentler rides. If you prefer, hike in the rainforest along the Winner Creek Trail, or take the aerial tram.
Day 7 Denali (1B, 1L, 1D)
Transfer this morning to Denali National Park. A full-day drive, there is plenty of time to stop and take in the breathtaking scenery.
Day 8 Denali (1B, 1L)
Enjoy a full day in the national park, with a hike around Mt McKinley (Denali), North America's highest mountain. The hiking is among the most spectacular in Alaska.
Day 9 Denali (1B, 1L, 1D)
After a free morning to relax in the park, this afternoon head out on an overnight rafting excursion. Start off along the river, before taking out and camping alongside the water overnight.
Day 10 Anchorage (1B, 1L)
After a breakfast at the camp, continue along the river before stopping for a well-deserved barbeque lunch. After lunch, transfer back to Anchorage for the evening.
