Day 1 Buenos Aires

Arrive at any time.

Day 2 Buenos Aires (D)

Get your aprons on as today you will be cooking Argentine Style. You will head to the neighborhood of Chacarita to a loft-type space especially designed for cooking and having a good time.

You will be cooking some traditional Argentine dishes with an expert chef. You will cook a combination of Chipas (yucca root starch cheese bread), Empanadas de humita (sweet corn pies), Carbonada (typical argentine stew) and Panqueques de dulce de leche (Caramel pancakes). You can wash all of this down with a class of Argentine wine.

Included Activity: Cooking Class including traditional Argentine Food.

Included half-day cooking class, learning to prepare typical dishes to Argentina like empanadas and traditional barbecue techniques as well as an included wine tasting session after dinner.

Day 3 Buenos Aires / Community Project (L)

Morning transfer to a community project outside of Buenos Aires to see first-hand how youth are trained in the culinary arts by highly skilled professional chefs from Buenos Aires. Participants may help out as needed before an included lunch, then return to Buenos Aires in the evening. Optional tango show.
