Day 1 Los Angeles
Arrive at any time. Welcome meeting in the evening.
Day 2 Los Angeles (D)
Guided city tour. Drive through Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive. Optional bike or Rollerblade rental. Cruise the incredible Pacific coastline to San Diego.
Day 3 San Diego (B,D)
Visit Coronado Island and Balboa Park on a guided city tour. Experience optional attractions like Sea World or the amazing San Diego Zoo. In the evening, relax on Mission Beach or take optional surf lessons and rent boogie boards.
Day 4 Phoenix (B,L)
Visit the Imperial Sand Dunes, the largest mass of sand dunes in California. In the evening, enjoy a night out in historic downtown Phoenix with a fun and rowdy experience in a real cowboy bar.
Day 5 Grand Canyon (L,D)
Visit Montezuma Castle. Drive Arizona's Oak Creek Canyon route. Enjoy a picnic in Red Rock State Park. Cool off at Slide Rock State Park in the afternoon. Continue to the Grand Canyon. Enjoy a pizza dinner and marshmallow roast at the rim at sunset.
Day 6 Grand Canyon NP (B,L,D)
Take an optional helicopter flight for a bird's-eye view of the canyon. Return to the campsite for a campfire BBQ.
Day 7 Las Vegas (B,L)
Drive along famous Route 66 and stop at the Snow Cap-Drive In, one of the wackiest, off-beat burger joints around. Explore Las Vegas with a guided tour along the famous Vegas Strip. Optional VIP limo experience in Vegas.
Day 8 Las Vegas
Full day to explore Las Vegas and enjoy a night out on the town.
Day 9 Death Valley NP/Bishop (L,D)
Visit the hottest, driest and lowest point in North America: Death Valley. In the evening, enjoy secluded hot springs.
Day 10 Yosemite NP (B,L,D)
Morning visit to Mono Lake, walk among the tufa towers. Marvel at spectacular views of Yosemite National Park's magnificent peaks and granite domes. Take short hikes to majestic waterfalls, lakes and meadows, and walk amongst giant sequoias.
Day 11 Yosemite NP (B,L,D)
Full day to explore Yosemite National Park. Hike the many trails Yosemite has to offer. Option to rent bikes in Yosemite Valley.
Day 12 San Francisco (B,L)
Guided tour of San Francisco. Take an optional cable car ride over the steep hills or rent bikes and explore the city on wheels. Optional sunset sailing in the evening.
Day 13 San Simeon (L,D)
Visit historic Monterey. Marvel at the beautiful coastline and mountain ranges of Big Sur. Explore Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. End the day with a colourful sunset over the ocean.
Day 14 Los Angeles (B)
Visit San Luis Obispo, a landmark of California's Central Coast. Visit the wacky Madonna Inn. Escape and relax on the beach in Santa Barbara before reaching Los Angeles and heading out on a guided city tour and a night out on the town.
