Enjoy a tango show before a free day to explore the 'Paris of the Americas' on your own or dance the night away in the smoky milongas (tango houses). Day 1 Buenos Aires

You will be met at the airport and transferred to your Buenos Aires hotel.

Day 2 Buenos Aires (B, D)

You will be picked up from your hotel early this morning for a sightseeing tour of the city. Travel through the important civic areas before heading to the colourful and vibrant district of La Boca. This neighbourhood was originally populated by Italian immigrants who painted their houses with bright colours, creating what is now a classic image of Buenos Aires. Other interesting neighbourhoods include bohemian San Telmo and fashionable Recoleta: this stylish area with a French flair is home to Eva Peron's tomb. This evening, after a chance to freshen up, enjoy an outing to an Argentinian meal and show. This is a chance to sample some of the local specialties, including seafood and barbequed delicacies. The energetic show includes traditional songs and dances, highlighted by the sensual tango this city is known for.
