Explore the city of Yangon on full-day tour. Explore Bogyoke market, and visit the Shwedagon pagoda in time for sunset.
Fly to Mandalay and explore this ancient city. Visit the picturesque ancient capital of Ava and the spiritual centre of Burma at Sagaing. On Day 4, take a boat to the village of Mingun to visit the pagodas and local craftspeople. In the evening, climb Mandalay Hill for views of the surrounding countyside.
Relax and watch the sights on a full-day cruise down the Irrawaddy River to ancient Bagan.
Explore the ancient sites of Bagan including the temples of Shwezigon Pagoda, Gubyaukgyi (Wetkyi-in) cave temple, and Manuha and Nan Paya temples, to name a few. Receive a blessing at a local monastery and continue to a handicraft workshop and visit the Nyaung Oo local market. On Day 7, cycle through the surrounding villages around Bagan.
Fly to Heho this morning, before visiting the limestone caves of Pindaya, packed with figures of Buddha. In the afternoon, pull on the hiking boots and head up into the hills. Hike through friendly villages and incredible scenery.
Return on foot to Pindaya, then transfer to Inle Lake. En route, visit Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery, Nyaung Shwe by trishaw, and observe floating villages and gardens. On Day 10, explore the lake by boat and visit the floating villages, and the daily market. Visit Phaung Daw Oo pagoda and the Nge Phe Chaung Monastery.
Fly back to Yangon this morning. Free time to explore and shop in the old capital.
