Day 1 San Francisco

Arrive at any time.

Day 2 San Francisco/Big Sur (1D)

Guided city tour. Drive the coast to Monterey before continuing to Big Sur. Option to visit the aquarium or go kayaking.

Day 3 Santa Barbara (1B,1L,1D)

Visit Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park, Pismo Beach and Solvang enroute to a campfire at Cachuma Lake.

Day 4 Los Angeles (1B)

Visit Santa Barbara before reaching Los Angeles for a guided city tour.

Day 5 Los Angeles/San Diego (1L,1D)

Option to visit the beach or Universal Studios. Drive to San Diego via the Pacific coastline.

Day 6 San Diego (1B,1D)

Tour of San Diego. Option to visit Sea World or the San Diego Zoo, to take surf lessons or rent boogie boards.

Day 7 Phoenix (1B,1L)

Visit to the Imperial Sand Dunes. Option to visit a real cowboy bar.

Day 8 Grand Canyon NP (1L,1D)

Visit Montezuma Castle. Red Rock picnic and swim at Slide Rock State Park. Savour dinner beside the rim of the Grand Canyon.

Day 9 Grand Canyon NP (1B,1L,1D)

Hike the trails of the Grand Canyon or take an optional helicopter flight. Return to the campsite for BBQ.

Day 10 Grand Canyon NP/Lake Powell (1B,1L,1D)

Visit the Glen Canyon Dam at Lake Powell. Optional tour of Antelope Canyon or go horseback riding.

Day 11 Lake Powell/Monument Valley (1B,1L)

Drive to Monument Valley. Option to take a Navajo-led jeep tour.

Day 12 Monument Valley/Moab (1B,1L,1D)

Visit Goosenecks State Park then hike Canyonlands. Visit Dead Horse Point before arriving in Moab.

Day 13 Moab (1B)

Hike Arches National Park. Option to raft the Colorado River, mountain bike or take an ATV backcountry tour.

Day 14 Moab/Bryce Canyon NP (1B,1L,1D)

Explore Capitol Reef then head to Bryce Canyon via the Grand Staircase Escalente. Option to go to a rodeo.

Day 15 Zion NP/Las Vegas (1B,1L)

Explore Zion. Arrive in Las Vegas in time for a guided city tour. Consider an optional limousine tour. Enjoy a final night out on the strip.

Day 16 Las Vegas
