Day 1 Playa del Carmen

Arrive at any time.

Day 2 Playa del Carmen

Head out to explore the Mayan ruins of Tulúm or the diving mecca of Cozumel. Or play in the waves and enjoy the beach!

Day 3-5 Caye Caulker

Opt to snorkel with stingrays and nurse sharks at Hol Chan Marine Reserve, head out diving or just chill out.

Day 6-7 San Ignacio

Free day to visit sacred Mayan cave Actun Tunichil Muknal, explore the Mountain Pine Ridge area or see the seldom-visited Mayan ruins of Xunantunich.

Day 8-10 Flores/Tikal/Rio Dulce

Learn about the Mayan culture and history on an included guided tour of Tikal before making your way to central Guatemala where you can opt to visit the coastal town of Livingston by boat or soak in a hot waterfall.

Day 11-12 Antigua

Orientation walk along Antigua's cobblestone streets, then free time to explore Antigua and surroundings. Treat yourself to a massage and a locally grown coffee.

Day 13-14 Panajachel/Chichicastenango/Lake Atitlán homestay (1D)

Shop in the famous market of Chichicastenango before visiting beautiful Lake Atitlán. Embark on a boat ride across the lake before participating in a homestay with a local family at a Planeterra project.

Day 15-16 Antigua

Opt to take a salsa dancing lesson and practice your moves on your last night in Guatemala.

Day 17-18 Copán

Opt to visit the Mayan ruins of Copán or soak in local hot springs.

Day 19-22 Roatan/Tegucigalpa

Spend your time snorkelling, scuba diving, or just relaxing on the beach before heading off to the capital Tegucigalpa en route to Nicaragua.

Day 23-24 Granada

See Granada with an orientation walk and opt to visit still-active Masaya Volcano or kayak the isletas in Lake Nicaragua.

Day 25-26 Ometepe (1B,2D)

Get to know our local friends during a 2-night homestay experience on Ometepe. Try the cuisine, test your language skills and even head off to climb a volcano or visit a local swimming hole.

Day 27-28 Monteverde (1B)

Opt to visit a cloud forest reserve, fly through the jungle canopy via a zipline, or tour a coffee plantation.

Day 29-30 La Fortuna

Enjoy the beautiful scenery on a relaxing boat ride across Lake Arenal. Opt to soak in Arenal Volcano's hot springs or try some adrenaline sports like whitewater rafting or waterfall rappelling.

Day 31 San José

Return to the capital for one final night on the town with your group.
