Day 1 Beijing (1D)
Arrive at any time. Arrival transfer included and Beijing Duck welcome dinner.
Day 2 Beijing (1B,1L)
Visit to Mutianyu section of the Great Wall of China with lunch and introductory language lesson.
Day 3 Beijing and Overnight Sleeper Train (1B,1L)
Explore the famed Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City with free time in the afternoon. Overnight soft sleeper train to Xi'an.
Day 4 Xi'an (1B,1D)
Tour of Xi'an including the Wild Goose Pagoda, Terracotta Warriors and Temple of Heaven. Traditional dinner this evening. Option to take a bike ride around the city walls and shopping.
Day 5 Hangzhou (1B)
Fly to Hangzhou. Orientation walk of Hangzhou along the world famous west lake. Visit the Longjing plantation and learn about ancient tea production and taste some freshly brewed tea.
Day 6 Wuzhen Canal Town/Shanghai (1B,1L)
Visit Wuzhen ancient canal town where we explore and have lunch. Travel to Shanghai and take an orientation walk along the Bund.
Day 7 Shanghai (1B,1D)
Start the morning with Tai Chi on the Bund. Visit to Shanghai Museum and watch a Shanghai Acrobats show. Traditional Shanghai farewell dinner this evening.
