Day 1 Lima

Arrive at any time.

Day 2-4 Huaraz/Night bus

Travel by bus to Huaraz. Optional hikes in the nearby spectacular mountains, or soak up the scenery from an alpine cafe.

Day 5,6 Huanchaco / Night bus

Arrive by overnight bus to Huanchaco. Optional activities include a visit pre-inca sites such as Huaca de la Luna and Chan Chan, visit nearby Trujillo, surf lessons or relax on the beach. Continue by overnight bus to Mancora on the night of day 6.

Day 7,8 Mancora

Free time in Mancora. Optional activities include surfing, horseback riding or relaxing on the beach.

Day 9,10 Machala

Travel by bus and cross the border into Ecuador, arriving at Machala. Optional visits to the nearby Archipelago of Jambeli or wander the seaside markets.

Day 11 Guayaquil

Continue by bus to Guayaquil. Wander the renovated riverside Malecon and sample some of the seafood.

Day 12,13 Santo Domingo (L)

Travel by bus to the cloud forest lodge near Santo Domingo. Included visit to the indigenous community of Tsachila for cultural interaction and to learn about their traditional culture. Optional hikes and excursions from the lodge to enjoy the scenery and observe bird life.

Day 14 Quito

Bus journey to Quito. Free afternoon to explore the city, take an optional city tour or explore the shops and cafes of the Mariscal neighborhood.

Day 15 Quito

Depart at any time.
