Day 1 Quito

Arrive at any time.

Days 2-3 Santo Domingo (L)

Travel by bus to the cloud forest lodge near Santo Domingo. Visit the indigenous community of Tsachila. Optional hikes and excursions from the lodge.

Day 4 Guayaquil

Travel day by bus to Guayaquil. Wander the renovated riverside Malecon.

Days 5-6 Machala

Continue by bus to Machala. Optional visits to the nearby Archipelago of Jambeli or wander the seaside markets.

Days 7-9 Mancora/Night bus

Travel by bus and cross the border into Peru. Optional activities include surfing, horseback riding or relaxing on the beach. Continue by overnight bus to Huanchaco on Day 9.

Day 10,11 Huanchaco/Night bus

Guided tour of the Huaca de la Luna archaeological site and museum. Free time for optional activities.

Days 12,13 Huaraz

Arrive by overnight bus bus to Huaraz. Optional hikes in the nearby mountains.

Day 14 Lima

Travel by bus to Lima. Free evening to enjoy the seafood and explore Miraflores.

Day 15 Lima

Depart at any time.
