Day 1 Cairo

Arrive at any time.

Day 2 Cairo (1B)

Guided tour to the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Guided tour of the Egyptian Museum (entrance fees not included). Overnight train to Aswan.

Day 3-4 Aswan (1B,1D)

Visit a Nubian village and enjoy a traditional home-cooked dinner with the locals. Option to visit the temples of Abu Simbel.

Day 5-6 Nile River (2B,2L,2D)

Two days sailing by felucca. Overnight on board.

Day 7-9 Luxor (3B)

Travel by donkey to the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (entrance fees not included). Option to visit Karnak and Luxor temples. Overnight train to Cairo.

Day 10 Cairo

Optional visit to the Citadel and Khan el-Khalili bazaar.

Day 11-13 Dahab (3B)

Head to the Red Sea and enjoy snorkelling, swimming and relaxing.

Day 14 Cairo (1B)

Drive back to Cairo. Optional Nile cruise dinner.
