This is a full month of wildlife, hiking and adventure! From the heights of the Inca Trail to the creatures of Ecuador, this epic adventure includes an all-encompassing tour of Peru and a chance to explore the Galapagos. Experience the incredible wildlife and scenery of the island chain—including the lesser-visited island of Isabela. Explore Peru's incredible coast before climbing the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, the 'Lost City of the Incas'. We operate our own treks in Peru, so we can ensure the fair treatment of our porters—and an exceptional experience for you.

Day 1 Quito

Arrive at any time.

Day 2-3 San Cristóbal

Fly to San Cristóbal Island and transfer to a local family homestay. Visit the Interpretation Centre and hike to 'Las Tijeretas' for birdwatching. Opportunities for swimming, exploring the town and shopping.

Day 4 Santa Cruz

Travel by speedboat to Santa Cruz Island. Visit the Charles Darwin Research Station to see the Giant Galapagos Land Tortoise and learn about the natural history of the island. Optional visit to the highlands, swimming or shopping.

Day 5-7 Isabela

Continue by local speedboat to Isabela Island. Visit the Giant Tortoise breeding Centre as well as the 'Wall of Tears'. Optional day tours to Sierra Negra Volcano, surf lessons and snorkelling. Spend one of these nights camping in the highlands.

Day 8 Santa Cruz/Quito

Return to Santa Cruz by speedboat, then transfer across the island to Baltra. Fly back to Quito.

Day 9 Quito/Lima

Fly to Lima. Flight is unescorted, not included and must be pre-booked.

Day 10-12 Pisco/Nazca/Night bus

Travel by bus to Pisco. Optional visit to Ballestas Islands before travelling to Nazca. Stop at a winery en route as well as at the Oasis of Huacachina. Optional sandboarding. In the evening, take part in a traditional Pachamanca meal. Optional flight over the Nazca Lines before the night bus to Arequipa.

Day 13-16 Arequipa/Colca Canyon

Free day in Arequipa. Optional Visit of the Santa Catalina Convent. Guided tour to Colca Canyon to spot condors. Optional visit to local hot springs. Drive back to Arequipa on Day 8 before taking the night bus to Cuzco.

Day 17-24 Cuzco/Ollantaytambo/Inca Trail (3B,3L,3D)

Free time to explore Cuzco or take an optional city tour. Options include whitewater rafting, horseback riding and mountain biking. Travel to Ollantaytambo through the Sacred Valley. Guided 4-Day Inca Trail hike with visit to Machu Picchu. Optional visit to the Inca Bridge before returning to Cuzco.

Day 25-27 Puno/Lake Titicaca

Travel by bus to Puno. Visit the floating Islands of Uros and take a guided tour of Lake Titicaca with a homestay in a small village. Optional visit to Sillustani burial site.

Day 28 La Paz

Travel by bus and cross the border into Bolivia, arriving to La Paz.

Day 29 La Paz

Depart at any time.
