Hike the dramatic black lava flows of volcanic Bartolomé Island, snorkel with sea lions and other aquatic beasts, go for a hike on Española or opt to laze about on her white-sand beaches instead. With a pair of naturalist guides on hand to answer your questions, you'll come home with a perspective you simply can’t put a price tag on.

  • 7 nts in the Galápagos Islands aboard the Monserrat. Arrival transfer on Day 1. Flights to and from the Galápagos Islands. 2 Certified Galápagos National Park Service guides. All landings, excursions, and transportation. Snorkelling equipment. Visit to a wildlife interpretation centre.
  • 9 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners. (Allow USD75-100 for meals not included. Drinks and tips while on the yacht are extra. You must pay a USD10 Transit Control Card fee at the Quito airport and a USD100 (cash) Galápagos park entry fee immediately upon arrival to the Islands (subject to increase). )
  • Hotel (2 nts), aboard the Monserrat in twin-share or double cabins (7 nts).
  • Local flight, Monserrat motorized yacht, van, Zodiac.

Day 1 Quito

Arrive at any time (arrival transfer included).

Day 2 San Cristóbal Island (1B,1L,1D)

Early flight to San Cristóbal. Meet your guide and transfer to the ship. Visit the sea lion colony at La Loberia in the afternoon.

Day 3 Cerro Brujo & Kicker Rock (1B,1L,1D)

Morning landing at Cerro Brujo on San Cristóbal to observe the sea lions, marine iguanas and seabirds along the beach. Continue to the dramatic Kicker Rock in the afternoon to witness the steep vertical stone walls rising from the ocean.

Day 4 Española Island (1B,1L,1D)

Visit to Punta Suárez and Gardner Bay on Española. Guided walks to observe wildlife and free time for swimming or snorkelling.

Day 5 Floreana Island (1B,1L,1D)

Land at Punta Cormorant on Floreana. Guided walks to observe the bird and wildlife and learn about the natural history. Visit Post Office Bay in the afternoon. Snorkelling excursion at the Champion Islet.

Day 6 Santa Cruz (1B,1L,1D)

Visit the Charles Darwin Foundation to see the giant Galápagos tortoises.

Day 7 Sullivan Bay / Bartolomé (1B,1L,1D)

Visit Sullivan Bay on Santiago Island to witness the giant lava formations in contrast of the white-coral-sand beach. Continue to Bartolomé Island for a guided tour to see the dramatic volcanic features before hiking to a panoramic viewpoint.

Day 8 Bachas Beach / Cerro Dragón (1B,1L,1D)

Visit Bachas Beach and relax on the beach or swim in the crystal waters. Continue to Cerro Dragón on the west coast of Santa Cruz Island, to see land iguanas and a saltwater lagoon frequented by flamingoes and other species of birds.

Day 9 Black Turtle Cove / Baltra / Quito (1B)

Take a morning panga ride looking for marine life in Black Turtle Cove before navigating back to Baltra. Disembark the yacht for your flight back to Quito.

Day 10 Quito (1B)

Depart any time.
