Day 1 Santa Cruz (D)

You are met at the Baltra airport (Please note: If you are arriving by flight on Day 1 of the tour, the latest arrival flight time into Baltra is 10:00am) and travel by speedboat to Isabela (approx 3.5 hrs), arriving at the hotel for a short rest. Later, visit the Flamingo Lagoon, the largest coastal lagoon in the Galapagos and a principal breeding ground for the flamingos.

Day 2 Isabela Island (B,L,D)

Visit the Sierra Negra Volcano, located 13 miles from Puerto Villamil. Hike up to this magnificent site and walk around the largest volcanic crater in the world. Walk on the lava fields of the volcano Chico. Return to the hotel before snorkeling in Concha Perla.

Day 3 Isabela Island (B,L,D)

Visit the Giant Tortoise Breeding Centre and the 'Wall of Tears'. In the afternoon, sail to 'Islote Tintoreras', a large crevice with very clear, calm water in which whitetip sharks (tintoreras) rest daily on the bottom.

Day 4 Santa Cruz (B)

Transfer back to Santa Cruz by boat, then transfer to the Baltra Airport.
