Day 1 Quito

Arrive at any time. Arrival transfer included.

Day 2 Baltra/Santa Cruz (1B,1L,1D)

Fly to Baltra. Meet the guide and transfer across Santa Cruz Island to Puerto Ayora to board the boat. Afternoon visit to the Charles Darwin Research Station.

Day 3 Rábida / Bachas Beach (1B,1L,1D)

Land at Rábida Island for a visit to a saltwater lagoon and sea lion colony. Afternoon excursion to Bachas Beach for walks to observe the bird and wildlife as well as free time for swimming and snorkelling.

Day 4 Floreana (1B,1L,1D)

Land at Punta Cormorant, on Floreana Island. Guided walks to observe the bird and wildlife and learn about the natural history. Visit Post Office Bay in the afternoon. Snorkelling excursion at the Corona del Diablo.

Day 5 Española (1B,1L,1D)

Visit to Punta Suarez and Gardner Bay on Española Island. Guided walks to observe wildlife and free time for swimming or snorkelling.

Day 6 San Cristóbal/Quito (1B)

Visit the Interpretation Center on San Cristóbal Island before flying back to Quito.

Day 7 Quito/Lima (1B)

Fly to Lima. Flight is unescorted and included in the price of the tour.

Day 8 Paracas (1B)

Travel to Paracas National Park, relax in this sleepy seaside town and sample Peru's national drink, the Pisco Sour.

Day 9 Ballestas Islands/Nazca (1B)

Included boat tour to Ballestas Islands to view sea lion colonies, penguins and other bird life. Continue south in the afternoon to Nazca via the Huacachina sand dunes and oasis.

Day 10 Nazca (1B,1D)

Tour of a pre-Inca cemetery in the Nazca desert where we view 1,500 year-old mummies, bones and pottery on the desert floor. Also visit a local pottery studio for demonstration and this evening, enjoy a traditional Pachamanca dinner. Option to take a flight over the mysterious Nazca Lines.

Day 11-12 Arequipa (2B)

Continue to the colonial city of Arequipa where we enjoy a city tour including a visit to the convent of Santa Catalina. Enjoy free time to explore the city and surroundings.

Day 13 Cuzco (1B)

Catch our flight to Cuzco and explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 14 Sacred Valley/Ollantaytambo (1B,1L)

Full day guided tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas including the Pisac ruins and market, a visit to the Planeterra women's weaving project in a local community and the Ollantaytambo ruins. Option for shopping at a local market.

Day 15 Aguas Calientes (1B)

Catch our train and enjoy stunning scenery as we follow the Urubamba Valley to Aguas Calientes. Option to visit the local hot springs and market. Those who have pre-booked and purchased the '1-day Inca Trail' hike will disembark the train at km 104 and trek to the Sun Gate and Machu Picchu, before re-joining the group at Aguas Calientes for the night.

Day 16 Machu Picchu/Cuzco (1B)

Guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Machu Picchu and optional visit to the Inca Bridge before returning to Cuzco by train.

Day 17 Cuzco (1B)

Enjoy the day at leisure with option to visit the many museums and ruins in and around Cuzco.

Day 18-19 Puno/Lake Titicaca (2B)

Enjoy scenic views as we travel through the high Altiplano region to Puno. Visit to the floating Islands of Uros and guided tour by boat of Lake Titicaca. Option to visit the Sillustani burial site.

Day 20 Lima (1B)

Fly to Lima for our final night. Optional city tour or visits to museums or free time to explore.

Day 21 Lima (1B)

Depart at any time.
