Day 1 Accra

Arrive at any time.

Day 2 Krobo (1B,1D)

Visit the National Museum and several other highlights Ghana's capital Accra. First night bush camping.

Day 3-4 Western Ghana (2B,2L,1D)

Visits to an authentic bead-making workshop and the Tafi Atome Monkey Sanctuary, Hike to Wli Waterfalll, Explore the mountainous Huehue region with stops in areas of Liati and Nkwanta.

Day 5-6 Northern Ghana (2B,2L,2D)

Camp in and visit rural regions of Dagomba and Navrongo, see local witchcrafters and an oracle, gain insight into the animist traditions of the region.

Day 7-8 Wa/Mole (2B,2L)

Visit a villages of the Gurunsi and Lobi peoples and learn of their traditions, walking safari in Mole National Park.

Day 9-10 Techiman/Kumasi (2B,1L)

Visit the famous Larabanga Mosque Visit and Kintampo Waterfall. City tour of Kumasi, Akwasidae cultural festival, Kumasi city tour.

Day 11-12 Anomabu (2B)

Kakum National Park forest and canopy bridge walk, Elmina Castle visit.

Day 13 Accra (1B)

The tour ends in the mid-afternoon after a visit to the giant craft market in Accra.
