Scan the canopy for wildlife from the comfort of our intimate and exclusive 'G Tambopata Ecolodge’ before encountering vibrant Andean culture steeped in ancient traditions. Conquer one of the world’s best known hikes on your way to the majestic views of Machu Picchu before heading on to explore the pre-Inca ruins of Tiahuanaco in Bolivia. As the region’s largest operator, we run our own treks, which ensures the fair treatment of our porters, quality food, service and equipment.

Day 1 Lima

Arrive at any time.

Days 2-3 Amazon Jungle (2B,2L,2D)

Fly to Puerto Maldonado and continue by motorized canoe to our comfortable, intimate and exclusive 'G Lodge Amazon’. Enjoy guided excursions by expert naturalists to spot wildlife at nearby oxbow lakes, clay licks and tree-top towers. Included rubber boots while at the lodge.

Day 4 Cuzco

Return by boat to Puerto Maldonado and fly to Cuzco. Free time to explore the city's museums and local markets. Active options include whitewater rafting, horseback riding and mountain biking.

Day 5 Sacred Valley/Ollantaytambo

Full-day guided tour of the Sacred Valley and Ollantaytambo ruins along with a visit to a Planeterra weaving project in a local community. Shopping opportunities at a local market.

Days 6-9 Inca Trail to Machu Picchu (4B,3L,3D)

4-day guided Inca Trail hike with visit to Machu Picchu. Optional visit to the Inca Bridge before returning to Cuzco.

Day 10 Cuzco

Free day in Cuzco for individual exploration or time to relax.

Days 11-12 Puno/Lake Titicaca

Travel by bus to Puno through the spectacular scenery of the Altiplano. On Day 12, visit the floating Islands of Uros and take a guided tour of Taquile Island on Lake Titicaca. Optional visit to Sillustani burial site.

Day 13 Puno/La Paz

Travel by bus and cross the border into Bolivia, arriving to La Paz.

Day 14 Tiahuanaco/La Paz

Included visit and guided tour of the pre-Inca ruins of Tiahuanaco.

Day 15 La Paz

Depart at any time.
