If time’s a little tight and you want to soak up the wildlife and vibrant colours and scenery of Zambia, Botswana and South Africa, this is the perfect expedition with plenty of options for game drives. Watch elephants gather at watering holes and hunt for the perfect snapshot of the ever-elusive 'Big 5' on a game drive in Kruger National Park. Our overland truck will get you to the sites safely and camping will allow you to fall asleep to the sounds of the wild underneath big African skies. With a unique itinerary that offers plenty of options, uncover all that southern Africa has to offer!

Day 1 Johannesburg

Arrive at any time.

Days 2-3 Greater Kruger Area/Kruger National Park (2B,2L,2D)

Drive through scenic mountains, experience a traditional Shangaan dinner and dance, visit a Shalati village and a community project supported by Planeterra. Game drives and animal viewing in our overland vehicle.

Days 4-5 Polokwane/Palapye (2B,2L,2D)

Spend the night at Polokwane Game Reserve, a leading municipal conservation project. Look out for white rhinos.

Day 6 Nata (B,L,D)

Option to visit the salt pans of Makgadikgadi in dry season. Watch the elephants drink from the camp's watering hole at night.

Day 7 Kasane/Chobe River (B,L,D)

Option to embark on a boat cruise on the Chobe River or a game drive in an open safari vehicle in Chobe National Park.

Day 8 Livingstone (B,L)

Ferry crossing into Zambia. Option to visit Victoria Falls, and enjoy white-water rafting, canoeing, elephant-back safari, fly over the falls, and much more!
