Day 1 Ulaanbaatar

Arrive at any time.

Day 2 Amarbayasgalant Monastery (1B,1L,1D)

Visit Amarbayasgalant Monastery before sleeping in a ger camp. Star gazing takes on a whole new meaning in the Mongolian countryside.

Days 3-4 Selenge River (2B,2L,2D)

Hike up the volcanic crater at Pot Mountain. Stay overnight with a nomadic family on Selenge River and enjoy a traditional Mongolian BBQ dinner.

Days 5-6 Khovsgol Lake (2B,2L,2D)

Opt to try archery, fishing, horseback riding or hiking.

Days 7-9 Shine Ider/Great White Lake (3B,3L,3D)

Look for wildlife in the stunning Lake District of Mongolia before arriving to Great White Lake. Climb the crater of a nearby volcano, crawl inside lava tubes and experience amazing views.

Day 10 Tsenger Hot Springs (1B,1L,1D)

Visit the monastery museum of Tsetserleg before continuing on to the Tsenger Hot Springs. Opt to soak in the hot water, hike in the hills or play volleyball at the ger camp.

Day 11 Bayan Gobi (1B,1L,1D)

Traditional ger camp stay and meals. Opt to hike to a small oasis lake for birdwatching or visit a nearby ancient stone carving.

Days 12-14 Ulaanbaatar (2B,2L)
