Sail the waters of Lake Titicaca, explore ancient ruins and delight in thrilling views of the Sacred Valley from the comfort of your coach as you travel by rail to the cloud forest citadel of Machu Picchu. Day 1 Lima

Arrive at any time. Arrival transfer included.

Days 2-3 Puno and Lake Titicaca (2B)

Flight to Juliaca and transfer to Puno. Visit to the floating Islands of Uros and guided tour of Lake Titicaca.

Days 4-5 Cuzco (2B)

Travel by private vehicle to Cuzco through the altiplano. Day 5 is a free day to explore the city's museums and local markets. Active options include whitewater rafting, horseback riding and mountain biking.

Day 6 Sacred Valley/Ollantaytambo (B,L)

Full-day guided tour of the Sacred Valley and Ollantaytambo ruins along with a visit to a Planeterra weaving project in a local community. Shopping opportunities at a local market.

Day 7 Aguas Calientes (B)

Train to Aguas Calientes. Optional visit to local hot springs and shopping opportunities. Those who have chosen the option in advance to hike the "1-day Inca Trail" will disembark the train at km 104 and trek to the Sun Gate and Machu Picchu, before re-joining the group at Aguas Calientes for the night.

Day 8 Machu Picchu/Cuzco (B)

Guided tour of Machu Picchu. Optional visit to the Inca Bridge before returning to Cuzco.

Day 9 Lima (B)

Fly back to Lima.

Day 10 Lima (B)

Depart at any time.
