Experience the worlds of Charles Darwin, Amazon peoples and Incan warriors. At 19 days and including the wildlife of the Galapagos Islands, the wilderness of the Amazon and the world of the Incan Empire, this is one of our longest and most diverse family adventures. You'll meet turtles and other incredible animals in the Galapagos, take a boat upriver through the Amazon to our intimate and exclusive 'G Tambopata Ecolodge’ and witness Machu Picchu—the 'Lost City of the Incas'. Day 1 Lima

Arrive at any time. Arrival transfer included.

Day 2 Cuzco (B)

Early flight to Cuzco. Afternoon is free to explore the city. Optional city tour.

Day 3 Aguas Calientes (B)

Travel through the Sacred Valley to catch the train to Aguas Calientes. Optional visit to the nearby hot springs, explore the handicraft stalls or relax in a cafe.

Day 4 Machu Picchu/Cuzco (B)

Guided tour of Machu Picchu and an optional visit to the Inca Bridge. Return at night to Cuzco.

Day 5 Cuzco (B)

Free day to explore Cuzco or relax. Active options include whitewater rafting, horseback riding and mountain biking.

Days 6-8 Amazon Jungle (3B,3L,3D)

Fly to Puerto Maldonado and continue by motorized canoe to our comfortable, intimate and exclusive 'G Lodge Amazon’. Enjoy guided excursions by expert naturalists to spot wildlife at nearby oxbow lakes, clay licks and tree-top towers. Included rubber boots while at the lodge. All activities adapted to kids and adults alike.

Day 9 Lima (B)

Fly back to Lima.

Day 10 Lima/Quito (B)

Fly to Quito. Flight is unescorted, not included and must be pre-booked.

Day 11 Baltra/Puerto Ayora/Isabela Island (B,L,D)

Fly to Baltra in the Galapagos Islands. Transfer to the town of Puerto Ayora and embark on a boat to Isabela Island. Orientation walk and free evening.

Days 12-13 Isabela Island (2B,2L,1D)

Included, guided day-hike up the Sierra Negra Volcano. Visit the Giant Tortoise Breeding Centre and the historic 'Wall of Tears', as well as a Zodiac excursion in the bay to see the marine and bird life and to go snorkelling.

Day 14 Santa Cruz/Puerto Ayora (B,L,D)

Travel by boat to Santa Cruz Island and the town of Puerto Ayora. Afternoon excursion to Tortuga Bay, with options to observe marine iguanas, kayak or just relax on the white sand beach.

Day 15 Puerto Ayora/San Cristóbal Island (B,L)

Visit the Charles Darwin Research Station in the morning to see the giant Galapagos tortoises and learn all about the wildlife and natural history of the Galapagos. Afternoon voyage by boat to San Cristóbal Island.

Days 16-17 San Cristóbal Island (2B,2L,1D)

Included boat excursion to nearby Kicker Rock to observe the abundant marine and bird life and to go snorkelling with the sea lions and relax on the beach. Free time for optional biking trip and visits to nearby beaches and the educational Interpretation Centre, with information on the natural and social history of the Galapagos.

Day 18 San Cristóbal/Quito (B)

Fly back to Quito. Free evening.

Day 19 Quito (B)

Depart at any time.
