Day 1 Lima

Arrive at any time.

Day 2-3 Nazca (1D)

Travel by bus to Nazca. Optional activities include a flight over the Nazca Lines, a tour of a pre-Inca desert cemetery with mummies and sandboarding before partaking in a traditional Pachamanca dinner. On the evening of day 3 board an overnight bus to Arequipa.

Day 4-6 Arequipa

Free time in Arequipa for optional tours like a trip to Colca Canyon to spot condors, city tours, museums and the Santa Catalina Convent. Board a night bus on Day 6 bound for Cuzco.

Day 7 Cuzco

Free day in Cuzco for an optional city tour or for individual exploration and shopping.

Day 8 Ccacaccollo Community (1D)

Travel by bus to the community and weaving project of Ccacaccollo. Overnight in a family homestay.

Day 9 Ollantaytambo (1B)

Travel to Ollantaytambo through the Sacred Valley. Optional Sacred Valley Tour.

Day 10-13 Inca Trail to Machu Picchu (3B,3L,3D)

4-day guided Inca Trail hike with visit to Machu Picchu. Optional visit to the Inca Bridge before returning to Cuzco.

Day 14 Cuzco

Free day to explore Cuzco or relax. Active options include whitewater rafting, horseback riding and mountain biking.

Day 15 Cuzco
