Soak in the spirit of Cape Town before exploring desert landscapes on your way to the mists of majestic Victoria Falls. Embark on game drives across national parks and explore the Okavango Delta in dugout mokoro canoe. Gain a unique perspective on local culture while volunteering with community projects that help bring education to the Cape Peninsula. Day 1 Cape Town

Arrive at any time. Arrival transfer included.

Day 2-6 Community Volunteer Project (5B,5L,5D)

Volunteer in local community in the Cape Peninsula.

Day 7-8 Cape Town (2B)

Explore vibrant Cape Town.

Day 9-10 Cederberg/Gariep River (2B,2L,2D)

View dramatic Western Cape scenery, camp on a local farm, sip a local wine. Canoe on or jump into the Gariep River.

Day 11-13 Fish River Canyon/Namib Desert (3B,3L,3D)

Enjoy the sunset at Fish River Canyon. Climb up Dune 45, visit Sesriem Canyon.

Day 14-16 Swakopmund/Damaraland (2B,2L,1D)

Explore Swakopmund’s historic town. Option to enjoy sand-boarding, a dolphin boat cruise, or even sky diving! Travel through beautiful desert landscapes.

Day 17-20 Etosha National Park/Waterberg Plateau Game Park/Windhoek (4B,3L,3D)

Game drives in overland vehicle in Etosha National Park. Option to enjoy an open safari vehicle game drive, or embark on a forest walk in Waterberg Plateau Game Park.

Day 21-22 Ghanzi/Maun (2B,2L,2D)

Visit the Kalahari desert, meet the local San Bushmen. Optional walk to learn survival skills by the locals.

Day 23 Okavango Delta (1B,1L,1D)

Enjoy game walks, traditional mokoro (dug-out canoe) excursions, birding on our two nights of bushcamping. Learn the ways of the bush from your local polers.

Day 24-25 Gweta/Chobe River (2B,2L,2D)

Camp under ancient baobab trees. Optional visit to the salt pans of Makgadikgadi in dry season. Option to embark on a sunset boat cruise, or game drive in open safari vehicle in Chobe National Park.

Day 26-27 Livingstone (2B,1L)

Optional morning game drive in Chobe National Park. Cross Zambezi River by ferry. Option to visit Victoria Falls, go white-water rafting, canoeing, take an elephant-back safari, or even fly over the falls.

Day 28 Livingstone (1B)
