Day 1 Bangkok

Arrive at any time.

Day 2 Bangkok (1B)

Free day to see the sights of Bangkok such as the Grand Palace and Wat Po. Overnight train to Surat Thani.

Day 3-4 Koh Phangan

Take a short boat ride to the small island of Koh Phangan. Explore the island's waterfalls, swim in its lagoons or just relax.

Day 5-6 Koh Samui

Arrive in time for a sunset cocktail then get out and explore.

Day 7 Penang (1B)

Cross the border to Malaysia. Take a scenic boat trip through a sheltered archipelago to arrive to Penang. Enjoy a street food crawl with the CEO and group, one of the two on this tour. Optional city tour or visit Kek Lok Si Temple, Little India and Chinatown.

Day 8-9 Cameron Highlands (1B)

Optional highlands tour or go hiking.

Day 10-11 Kuala Lumpur

Transfer to the capital and choose to take a city tour, visit the Petronas Towers, Chinatown, KL Tower, Islamic Arts Museum or the National Mosque.

Day 12 Melaka

Visit the town's highlights and opt to visit a museum or take a boat tour of Melaka's canals.

Day 13 Singapore

Border crossing from Malaysia into Singapore. Free time to visit the Night Safari nocturnal zoo, Raffles Hotel, Chinatown or Little India.

Day 14 Medan (1B)

Transfer to the airport and board a flight to Medan, the capital of North Sumatra. Stroll around the city and try to spot the Dutch influence in some of the city's old buildings.

Day 15-16 Bukit Lawang (2B)

Tour Medan in the morning of Day 15, visiting Maimoon Palace, the Great Mosque and the Vihara Gunung Timur temple. In Bukit Lawang, visit the orangutan feeding platform, and opt to go jungle trekking in Gunung Leuser NP.

Day 17-18 Tangkahan (2B)

Traverse bumpy roads to reach the small jungle community of Tangkahan. Opt to participate in an elephant feeding session, go hiking or ride an elephant.

Day 19-20 Berastagi (2B)

Hike from Tangkahan to Bukit Lawang, then continue by bus to Berastagi. Orientation walk upon arrival. Opt to hike a volcano or tour traditional villages.

Day 21-22 Samosir Island (2B)

Travel to the world's largest volcano lake, Lake Toba. Chill out and swim in the warm waters of the lake or opt for some culture by visiting local Batak villages.

Day 23 Sipirok (1B)

Stop off at local villages visiting weavers and a market en route to this beautiful hilltop town surrounded by rice fields and mountains. Enjoy an orientation walk.

Day 24-25 Bukittinggi (2B)

Orientation walk upon arrival after a long travel day with a few stops to break up the journey. Free day to go rafting, kayaking, visit Sianok Canyon or check out the Japanese Caves built during World War II.

Day 26 Maninjau (1B)

Transfer down to the beautiful crater lake of Maninjau. Enjoy the slow pace of life and do not miss the sunset!

Day 27-28 Jakarta (2B)

Transfer to Padang, and take a flight to Jakarta. Plenty of time to explore the thriving capital of Indonesia, perhaps on an optional guided city tour. Enjoy a street food crawl with the group and CEO.

Day 29 Cianjur (1B,1D)

Venture to Cianjur via Bogor, visit the floating villages or perhaps teach English to local children. Experience local life by sleeping at a homestay.

Day 30 Bandung (1B)

Enjoy an orientation walk of the sprawling city of Bandung then explore independently.

Day 31-33 Yogyakarta (3B)

Take a scenic train trip to Yogyakarta. Opt to visit the Borobudur temple complex and town.

Day 34 Tawangmangu (1B)

Enjoy an optional stop to explore the Prambanan temples, opt to continue on to the Sukuh Temple to begin a beautiful walk through small villages and farms to Tawangmangu.

Day 35 Malang (1B)

Explore Bromo Tengger Semeru NP.

Day 36 Mt Bromo (1B)

Embark on a sunrise climb of Mt Bromo.

Day 37 Kalibaru (1B)

Visit the famous Indonesian coffee plantations.

Day 38-39 Pemuteran (1B)

Relax by the beach, explore the national park or opt for a snorkelling trip to Menjangan Island.

Day 40 Sanur (1B)

Head to Sanur via hot springs and enjoy a final dinner with the group.
