Day 1 Santiago

Arrive at any time. Arrival transfer included.

Day 2 Santiago (1B)

Full-day tour of local wineries with tastings before returning to Santiago for the evening.

Days 3-4 Puerto Varas (2B,1L)

Fly to Puerto Montt and transfer to Puerto Varas, located in the stunning Chilean Lake District, and take a cultural tour including the Angelmó fish market and a scenic drive down the "Southern Highway" visiting the local community of Quillaipe. Savour a typical "curanto" meal, a specialty of the region that is traditionally slow-cooked in the ground under hot rocks. On Day 4, option to take an excursion to Chiloe' Island.

Days 5-6 Bariloche (2B)

Travel by bus and ferry to Bariloche, Argentina. Visit the Petrohue Falls, then enjoy the sights on the ‘Cruce de los Lagos’, considered one of the most scenic cruises in the world. Option to take a boat excursion to visit Puerto Blest.

Days 7-9 Buenos Aires (3B)

Fly to Buenos Aires and take an included city tour. Free time for exploration of the many parks, museums and attractions. Optional tango dinner show or take a day trip to the Tigre Delta.

Days 10-11 Iguassu Falls (2B)

Fly to Iguassu Falls for two days of exploration from both the Argentine and Brazilian sides. Optional boat ride at the base of the falls or visit a nearby bird park.

Days 12-13 Paraty (2B,1D)

Fly to São Paulo and continue by private minivan to Paraty. Visit a nearby Afro-Brazilian community for a unique cultural interaction. Opt to participate in handicraft demonstrations or dance classes, followed by a traditional meal. Optional cachaça distillery visits or take a boat excursion in the bay to nearby islands and beaches.

Day 14 Rio de Janeiro (1B)

Carry on by private van to Rio de Janeiro for free time to explore the city using our centrally-located hotel in Copacabana as a base. Optional city tour.

Day 15 Rio de Janeiro (1B)

Depart at any time.
