Explore Yosemite on foot before driving through Tioga Pass to Bishop. View Mono Lake and the Tufa Towers on the way.

Drive up the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and enjoy the view. Stop along the way in Solvang and San Luis Obispo. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Pismo Beach. Opt to rent a dune buggy.
Another gorgeous drive along the PCH. Visit the elephant seals and stop for photos. Great food options abound with dinner choices including the restaurants on Steinbeck's famous Cannery Row.
