  • 7 nights in the Galápagos Islands aboard the San Jose (G5). Arrival transfer on Day 1. Flights to and from the Galápagos Islands. Certified Galápagos National Park Service guide. All landings, excursions and transportation. Snorkelling equipment. Visit to a wildlife interpretation centre.
  • 9 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners. (Allow USD75-100 for meals not included. Drinks and tips while on the yacht are extra. You must pay a USD10 Transit Control Card fee at the Quito airport and a USD100 (cash) Galápagos park entry fee immediately upon arrival to the Islands (subject to increase).)

Day 1 Quito

Arrive at any time.

Day 2 Baltra Island & Mosquera Island (B,L,D)

Fly to Baltra. Meet your guide and transfer to the ship. Excursion to Mosquera in the afternoon to walk along the beach and observe the vast sea lion colonies.

Day 3 Genovesa Island (B,L,D)

Land at Genovesa, an old imploded volcano. Visit the sites of Darwin Bay and El Barranco to observe the massive colonies of frigatebirds, boobies and other seabirds, as well as striking volcanic cliffs rising from the ocean.

Day 4 South Plaza Island & Santa Fe Island (B,L,D)

Land at South Plaza in the morning for wildlife spotting opportunities. Afternoon visit to Santa Fe for guided walks to observe the wildlife and plentiful marine iguanas. Opportunities for swimming and snorkelling with the sea lions.

Day 5 San Cristóbal Island (B,L,D)

Pass through the dramatic Kicker Rock on the way to Cerro Brujo on San Cristóbal to observe the sea lions, marine iguanas and seabirds along the beach. Visit the San Cristóbal Interpretation Centre and enjoy free time exploring the port town of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.

Day 6 Española Island (B,L,D)

Visit to Gardner Bay and Punta Suárez on Española. Guided walks to observe wildlife and free time for swimming or snorkelling.

Day 7 Floreana Island (B,L,D)

Land at Punta Cormorant on Floreana. Guided walks to observe the bird and wildlife and learn about the natural history. Visit Post Office Bay in the afternoon. Snorkelling excursion at the Corona del Diablo.

Day 8 Santiago Island & Bartolomé Island (B,L,D)

Visit Sullivan Bay on Santiago to witness the giant lava formations in contrast of the white coral sand beach. Continue to Bartolomé for a guided tour to see the dramatic volcanic features before hiking to a panoramic viewpoint.

Day 9 Santa Cruz Island, Baltra & Quito (B)

Take an excursion to Black Turtle Cove to see the marine life before disembarking at Baltra and flying back to Quito.
