Day 1 Brasov

Arrive at any time.

Day 2 Carpathian mountains/Brasov (B,D)

Complete a stunning day trek on the Piatra Mare circuit, including the Seven Stairs Canyon, in the Carpathian Mountains.

Day 3 Bucegi Mountains/Bran (B,D)

Transfer to Bran, and trek the Bucegi Mountains Circuit.

Day 4 Piatra Craiulu National Park/Bran (B,D)

Enjoy a full day trek in the spectacular Piatra Craiului (King’s Rock) National Park, home of the Carpathian Large Carnivore Project.

Day 5 Fagaras Mountains/Sambetei (B)

Visit to Bran (Dracula's) Castle, transfer to Sambata Monastery, trek to Valea Sambetei Chalet in Fagaras Mountains.

Day 6 Moldoveanu/Sambetei (1B)

Trek a circuit from Valea Sambetei Chalet to Moldoveanu Peak, the highest peak in Romania, before returning back to the Chalet.

Day 7 Viscri (B)

Descend from the Chalet via the monastery. Stay overnight in a village guesthouse in Viscri and enjoy a traditional meal.

Day 8 Brasov (B)

Visit the fortified church and take a carriage ride around the village. Afternoon transfer to Brasov, where tour finishes on arrival.
