Day 1 Bangkok
Arrive at any time.
Day 2 Battambang (1B)
Journey from Thailand to colonial Battambang. Opt to explore the countryside or learn some Cambodian cooking.
Days 3-5 Siem Reap (3B,1D)
Journey to the home of the Khmer Empire. Guided tour of the Angkor temple complex. Opt to visit the Tonle Sap floating village or the Angkor Museum. Enjoy a traditional meal of Khmer food either at the Planeterra-supported New Hope project or in a local home.
Day 6 Kampong Cham (1B,1D)
Visit the Bridge of Jayavarman VII, a silk farm and rubber tree plantations before an included local dinner experience. Opt to bicycle through villages along the Mekong or visit some rustic temples.
Day 7 Kratie (1B)
Travel to the home of the rare Irrawaddy dolphins. View the endangered dolphins on an included boat trip on the Mekong.
Day 8-9 Phnom Penh (2B)
Guided tour of Tuol Sleng Prison and Choeung Ek (Killing Fields), cyclo tour through Phnom Penh and visit to Skoun Spider village. Opt to visit the Royal Palace, National Museum and Central Market.
Days 10 Kampot
Travel to Kampot, home of Bokor National Park. Visit Rabbit Island, sample the famous Kampot peppers or enjoy seafood feast in Kep.
Days 11-12 Sihanoukville (2B)
Opt to take a full-day boat and snorkelling trip around the islands or just sit back and relax on the beach.
Day 13 Bangkok (1B)
Fly back to bustling Bangkok for one last night.
