Day 1 San José

Arrive at any time.

Day 2-3 La Fortuna

Options include rafting, waterfall rappelling, a safari float to seek out wildlife and visiting local hot springs.

Day 4-5 Monteverde

Guided visit of the Santa Elena Cloud Forest Reserve. Option to fly across canopy ziplines or tour a coffee plantation.

Day 6-7 San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua

Relax on the beach and enjoy the sunset or opt to have surf lessons or go fishing.

Day 8-9 Ometepe (D)

Visit to a local family's house and enjoy a traditional meal. Options to climb either of the two volcanoes that form the island or visit a local swimming hole.

Day 10-11 Granada

Orientation walk in Granada and visit to Masaya Volcano. Options to kayak the isletas in Lake Nicaragua or hike the trails atop Mombacho volcano.

Day 12-13 León

Orientation walk upon arrival. Option to go 'volcano-boarding' down Cerro Negro, visit Central America’s largest cathedral or explore León’s history-filled streets.

Day 14-16 Roatan, Honduras

Option to snorkel, scuba dive or just relax on the beach.

Day 17-18 Copán

Guided tour of the Mayan ruins of Copán.

Day 19-20 Antigua, Guatemala (L)

Visit a small Mayan community to learn about local handicrafts and traditions. Option to take salsa lessons, explore beautiful Antigua or relax with a massage.
