Victoria Falls Helicopter Ride

You don't want to miss the opportunity to see Victoria Falls from above. Watch the raging Zambezi River make its way toward the gorge, forming the largest waterfall in the world. During your 15 minute ride, you will have time to take in the incredible views while snapping as many pictures as you like. You may be lucky enough to see some giraffes and elephants in the surrounding landscape and even catch a rainbow over the falls.

Arrive at any time.

Day 2Cape Town/Lambert's Bay(1B)

Head up the coast to Lambert's Bay, stopping along the way. Opt to visit Bird Island or stroll through this charming town.

Day 3Lambert's Bay/Orange River(1B)

Continue north and cross into Namibia. Settle in by the banks of Gariep River with time to swim, canoe, or just relax.

Day 4Orange River/Fish River Canyon(1B)

Continue on to Fish River Canyon, the largest canyon in Africa, and take in the majestic beauty. Opt to relax in the hotel's pool while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

Day 5Fish River Canyon/Namib Desert(1B, 1D)

Opt to climb up breathtaking Dune 45. Visit Sossusvlei Dunes and Sesriem Canyon.

Day 6Namib Desert(1B, 1D)

Spend the day exploring the natural wonders of this bizarre environment.

Day 7Namib Desert/Swakopmund

Explore the historical town of Swakopmund. Optional activities include sandboarding, a dolphin cruise, skydiving, quad biking, and a Living Desert tour.

Day 8Swakopmund

Spend a day exploring all the area has to offer.

Day 9Swakopmund/Etosha National Park

Enjoy an included game drive in Etosha National Park. Opt to explore more on an open safari vehicle game drive.

Day 10Etosha National Park

Enjoy another game drive in the park and keep your eyes peeled for the famous wildlife.

Day 11Etosha National Park/Windhoek

Explore the German-influenced capital city of Windhoek.

Day 12Windhoek/Kalahari Desert(1B)

Explore the Kalahari Desert. Learn fascinating survival skills from the local San Bushmen on an optional walk and choose to enjoy a traditional bushmen dance in the evening.

Day 13Kalahari Desert/Maun(1B)

Prepare for a 1-night/2-day journey into the delta. Opt to take a scenic flight over the delta.

Day 14Okavango Delta(1B, 1L, 1D)

Enjoy game walks, traditional mokoro excursions, birding, and a sunset boat cruise in Maun (weather dependent). Learn the ways of the bush from the local polers.

Day 15Okavango Delta/Nata(1B, 1D)

Travel to Nata. Opt for a sunset visit to the salt pans of Makgadikgadi in the dry season. Watch elephants drink from the camp's watering hole at night.

Day 16Nata/Kasane(1B)

Travel to Kasane. Opt to embark on a sunset boat cruise on the Chobe River or on an open safari vehicle game drive.

Day 17Kasane/Livingstone(1B)

Opt for an early morning game drive before boarding a ferry crossing into Zambia. Visit Victoria Falls and enjoy whitewater rafting, canoeing, or a flight over the falls.
