Arrive at any time and transfer to hotel.

Day 2Lima/Puno(1B)

Fly to Juliaca then transfer to Puno, on the shores of Lake Titicaca.

Day 3Puno(1B)

Visit the floating Islands of Uros and take a guided tour of Lake Titicaca.

Day 4Puno/Cusco(1B, 1L)

Take a spectacular rail journey on the Andean Explorer route between Puno and historic Cusco including lunch and afternoon tea.

Day 5Cusco/Urubamba(1B, 1L)

Full-day guided tour of the Sacred Valley with hikes at ruins and a visit to a Planeterra-supported women's weaving project in a local community. Enjoy lunch at the Planeterra-supported Sacred Valley Community Restaurant in Huchuy Qosco, an indigenous village.

Day 6Urubamba/Aguas Calientes(1B)

Travel by train through the Sacred Valley to Aguas Calientes, escorted by a local guide who will share their knowledge to explain attractions and suggest optional activities around Aguas Calientes.

Day 7Aguas Calientes/Cusco(1B)

Guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Machu Picchu and optional visit to the Inca Bridge before returning to Cusco by train, escorted by your guide.

Day 8Cusco(1B)
