Itinerary

Day 1Bangkok

Arrive at any time.

Day 2Bangkok/Kanchanaburi(1B)

Enjoy a guided bike ride around Bangkok before travelling by private van to Kanchanaburi.

Day 3Kanchanaburi(1B, 1D)

Explore Kanchanaburi on a cycling tour and enjoy the unique experience of spending the night on a floating rafthouse. Visit Erawan National Park and hike the many tiers of the famous waterfall and swim in the crystal-blue pools.

Day 4Kanchanaburi/Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya(1B)

Afternoon transfer to Ayutthaya.

Day 5Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya/Chiang Mai

Enjoy an included cycling tour of Ayutthaya, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight train to Chiang Mai (flight and extra night in Ayutthaya during monsoon season, depending on conditions).

Day 6Chiang Mai/Ban Mae Jok(1D)

Arrive in Chiang Mai in the morning and begin the hilltribe trek. Experience the culture of northern Thailand with a homestay.

Day 7Ban Mae Jok/Pa Khao Lam(1B, 1L, 1D)

Trek 2-3 hrs and, after lunch, head to a Karen village to learn about traditional basket weaving and scarf-making. Feed and bathe the village's elephants before trekking another few hours to the next village for the night.

Day 8Pa Khao Lam/Chiang Mai(1B, 1L)

After breakfast, leave the village and hike back to Chiang Mai.

Day 9Chiang Mai/Ao Nang

Explore Chiang Mai in the morning before flying south to Phuket then transfer to Krabi.

Day 10Ao Nang/Andaman Sea(1B, 1L, 1D)

Enjoy the white sandy beaches and coral bays of the Andaman Sea and sea kayak and snorkel. In the evening, relax under the stars at camp. Opt to swim or relax on the beach.

Day 11Andaman Sea(1B, 1L, 1D)

Enjoy the white sandy beaches and coral bays of the Andaman Sea as you sea kayak and snorkel. In the evening, relax under the stars at camp. Opt to swim or relax on the beach.

Day 12Andaman Sea/Ao Nang(1B, 1L)

Enjoy the white sandy beaches and coral bays of the Andaman Sea as you sea kayak and snorkel. In the evening, relax under the stars at camp. Opt to swim or relax on the beach.

Day 13Ao Nang/Bangkok(1B)

Relax for one final day before taking an overnight train to Bangkok.

Day 14Bangkok

Trip ends on arrival at Bangkok train station. Onward travel can be booked for 13:00 or later.
