The G Adventures G-Normous Incentive Program (hereinafter the “Program”) is an exciting opportunity for certain travel agents who book G Adventures’ products to have a chance to win great prizes. The Program is sponsored and administered by G Adventures Inc. (hereinafter “G Adventures”) and these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Program and all participants. By participating in the Program you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

WHO CAN ENTER

This Program is open to all IATA or IATAN registered travel agents in (i) the United States, and (ii) Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Guatemala, Bolivia, Honduras, Paraguay, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Belize, Panama, Puerto Rico, Uruguay (collectively, “Latin America”), (hereinafter “Agents”) who are 18 years of age or older and are authorized by G Adventures to sell G Adventures trips. THE PROGRAM IS NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally eligible to enter the Program under any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or otherwise. Participation in the Program is subject to employer’s policies regarding participation in trade promotions and acceptance of prizes. It is your responsibility to determine if you are in compliance with your employer’s policies. If your employer prohibits you from participating in trade promotions or accepting prizes, do not enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

The Program begins January 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends April 30, 2026 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Program Period"). To enter the Program, simply i) register to participate in G-Normous on the G Adventures website https://www.gadventures.com/agents/register/ by providing accurate information as requested in the registration form; and ii) confirm Eligible Bookings (as defined below) during the Program Period. Participating Agents will receive one (1) entry into the applicable prize drawing(s) for each Eligible Booking. All bookings are subject to verification by G Adventures.

“Eligible Bookings” means bookings of G Adventures’ tours and cruises only, where (i) the participating Agent is entitled to receive commission from G Adventures; (ii) the booking is made during the Program Period outlined above and a deposit has been paid during the Program Period; (iii) the booking Agent has registered for the Program in accordance with these Terms. Upon cancellation of any booking it will no longer be eligible for a prize draw and the corresponding ballot will be voided upon cancellation. Each individual passenger booked on a G Adventures tour or cruise shall be considered one Eligible Booking. Without limitation of the foregoing, Eligible Bookings DO NOT INCLUDE bookings of: Future Travel Credit bookings, independent programs, Day Tours, airfare, insurance, hotels, transfers, 'My Own Room', in-country fees, FIT bookings, optional excursions or other ancillary booking services. For clarity on Eligible Bookings please contact G Adventures, who will determine the booking’s eligibility for entry on a case-by-case basis in its sole discretion. Any decision by G Adventures on the eligibility of a booking will be final and binding.

G Adventures will be solely responsible for tracking and tallying Eligible Bookings. Agents agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the booking process and as requested by G Adventures and to update this information as soon as possible should it change. G Adventures reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program and disqualify any associated entries if any information provided in association with your participation in the Program proves to be inaccurate or incomplete. G Adventures reserves the right to ask for verification of the validity of any information submitted during the submission process or at any time during the Program. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of such information upon request may result in a termination of your registration and disqualification from the Program as determined in G Adventures’ sole discretion.

Participants may not make bookings or attempt to participate in the Program using more than one Agent identifier or identity or using more than one email address. If you employ fraudulent registration or submission methods or otherwise attempt to participate under multiple identities or subvert the Program process in any way, you will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of G Adventures.

In the event of a dispute over entries or participation in the Program, G Adventures will resolve the dispute in its sole discretion.

ALL PRIZES AND INCENTIVES AWARDED HEREUNDER WILL ONLY BE AWARDED TO THE POTENTIAL WINNER ONCE THE ELIGIBLE BOOKING ASSOCIATED WITH THE POTENTIAL WINNING BALLOT OR THE SUBJECT OF THE BONUS COMMISSION HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND SUCH PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY G ADVENTURES. IF FULL PAYMENT FOR THE APPLICABLE BOOKING IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE PRIZE DRAW, OR IF THE APPLICABLE BOOKING IS SUBSEQUENTLY CANCELLED, NO PRIZE OR INCENTIVE WILL BE AWARDED. A SECONDARY DRAW SHALL BE HELD FOR THE APPLICABLE PRIZE(S).

BONUS COMMISSION

Participating Agents who have registered for G-Normous in accordance with these Terms shall receive a bonus commission amount up to 2% on all Eligible Bookings (the “Bonus Commission”) made between January 29, 2026 and March 3, 2026 (the “Bonus Commission Period”). To receive this Bonus Commission, Agents must i) be registered for G-Normous, and ii) use the promotional code “GNORMOUS” (exactly as written, if the booking is made in writing or electronically) on applicable Eligible Bookings made within the Bonus Commission Period. The promotional code may be provided verbally on telephone bookings. Bonus Commission can be combined with current consumer offers but may not be combined with any other travel agent incentives, promotions or discounts. Other restrictions may apply. 2% Bonus Commission shall be paid on all Eligible Bookings (excluding Independent trips, Future Travel Credit bookings, Private Group bookings and National Geographic Journeys Signature) in accordance with the standard commission payment practices in place between G Adventures and the participating agent during the Bonus Commission Period. Bonus Commission will not be awarded, including retroactively, on any Eligible Bookings where the promotional code was not properly used at time of booking or where the booking agent was not registered for the Program at the time of booking.

GRAND PRIZE

One Grand Prize shall be available conditional upon the terms set out below for the highest number of Eligible Bookings from a participating Agent in the United States or Latin America.

One participating Agent in the United States or Latin America each of who, i) is properly registered for the Program on the G-Normous website; and ii) completed the most Eligible Bookings during the Program Period (which number shall be no less than 20 Eligible Bookings, and which bookings shall be fully paid before the Grand Prize shall be awarded; if a booking remains unpaid or is subsequently cancelled, it will no longer be an Eligible Booking and will not count towards Grand Prize eligibility) shall each be named the G-Normous Grand Prize Winner for their territory and shall receive the Grand Prize of $10,000 (in their local currency) to be paid by cheque or other substantially similar method. If the minimum booking threshold is not met, no prize will be awarded.

INCENTIVE PRIZES

2nd Place Prize

One 2nd Place Prize shall be available conditional upon the terms set out below for the second highest number of Eligible Bookings from a participating Agent in the United States or Latin America.

One participating Agent in the United States or Latin America who, i) is properly registered for the Program on the G-Normous website; and ii) completed the 2nd highest amount of Eligible Bookings during the Program Period (which number shall be no less than 10 Eligible Bookings, and which bookings must be fully paid before the Incentive Prize shall be awarded; if any booking made hereunder remains unpaid or is subsequently cancelled, it will no longer be an Eligible Booking and will not count towards Incentive Prize eligibility) shall each be named the G-Normous 2nd Place Prize Winner for their territory and shall receive the 2nd Place Prize, of $5,000 (in their local currency) to be paid by cheque or other substantially similar method. If no participating Agent completes at least 10 Eligible Bookings during the Program Period, no 2nd Place Prize will be awarded.

TOP BOOKING NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC JOURNEYS AGENT

One Top Booking National Geographic Journeys Agent Prize will be awarded to the participating Agent who, i) is properly registered for the Program on the G-Normous website; and ii) completed the most Eligible Bookings of National Geographic Journeys and National Geographic Family Journeys bookings during the Program Period (which number shall be no less than 4 Eligible Bookings, and which bookings shall be fully paid before the Grand Prize shall be awarded; if a booking remains unpaid or is subsequently cancelled, it will no longer be an Eligible Booking and will not count towards Grand Prize eligibility) shall be named the G-Normous Top Booking National Geographic Journeys Agent Winner for their territory and shall receive the Top Booking National Geographic Journeys Agent Prize of $5,000 (in their local currency) to be paid by cheque or other substantially similar method. If no participating Agent completes at least 4 Eligible Bookings of National Geographic Journeys and National Geographic Family Journeys trips during the Program Period, no Top Booking National Geographic Journeys Agent Prize will be awarded.

TOP BOOKING NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC JOURNEYS SIGNATURE AGENT

One Top Booking National Geographic Journeys Signature Agent Prize will be awarded to the participating Agent who, i) is properly registered for the Program on the G-Normous website; and ii) completed the most Eligible Bookings of National Geographic Journeys Signature bookings during the Program Period (which number shall be no less than 4 Eligible Bookings, and which bookings shall be fully paid before the Grand Prize shall be awarded; if a booking remains unpaid or is subsequently cancelled, it will no longer be an Eligible Booking and will not count towards Grand Prize eligibility) shall be named the G-Normous Top Booking National Geographic Journeys Signature Agent Winner for their territory and shall receive the Top Booking National Geographic Journeys Signature Agent Prize of $5,000 (in their local currency) to be paid by cheque or other substantially similar method. If no participating Agent completes at least 4 Eligible Bookings of National Geographic Journeys Signature trips during the Program Period, no Top Booking National Geographic Journeys Signature Agent Prize will be awarded.

TOP BOOKING PRIVATE GROUPS AGENT

One Top Booking Private Groups Agent Prize will be awarded to the participating Agent who, i) is properly registered for the Program on the G-Normous website; and ii) completed the most Eligible Bookings of passengers in G Adventures' Great Adventurers Club during the Program Period (which number shall be no less than 4 Eligible Bookings, and which bookings shall be fully paid before the Grand Prize shall be awarded; if a booking remains unpaid or is subsequently cancelled, it will no longer be an Eligible Booking and will not count towards Grand Prize eligibility)" shall be named the G-Normous Top Booking Private Groups Agent Winner for their territory and shall receive the Top Booking Private Groups Agent Prize of $3,000 (in their local currency) to be paid by cheque or other substantially similar method. If no participating Agent completes at least 4 Eligible Bookings of Private Groups trips during the Program Period, no Top Booking Private Groups Agent Prize will be awarded.

RANDOM DRAWINGS FOR TOP 50 AGENTS

Three Random Prizes—$3,000, $2,000, and $1,000 (in the winner's local currency)—will be awarded to three randomly selected Agent Winners chosen from the top 50 participating Agents who are properly registered for the Program on the G-Normous website and who achieve a minimum of six (6) Eligible Bookings during the Program Period. All Eligible Bookings must be fully paid before the Grand Prize is awarded; if a booking remains unpaid or is subsequently cancelled, it will no longer count towards eligibility. These prizes will be paid by cheque or other substantially similar method, provided that if no participating Agent completes at least six Eligible Bookings during the Program Period, no Random Prizes will be awarded.

FIRST TIME BOOKING AGENT WEEKLY PRIZES

Sixteen First Time Booking Agent Prizes shall be available for the highest number of Eligible Bookings from participating Agents in North America that are booking G Adventures tours for the first time.

Sixteen participating Agents in North America who, i) are properly registered for the Program on the G-Normous website; ii) complete their first booking with G Adventures during the Program Period; and which bookings must be fully paid before the Incentive Prize shall be awarded; if any booking made hereunder remains unpaid or is subsequently cancelled, it will no longer be an Eligible Booking and will not count towards Incentive Prize eligibility) shall each be named the G-Normous 1st Time Booking Agent Prize Winner for their territory and shall receive the 1st Time Booking Agent, of $250 (in their local currency) to be paid by cheque or other substantially similar method.

Trip Giveaways

Each winner in each trip giveaway (3) will win 1 spot on a G Adventures tour for the winning Agent up to the value of $2500 per person, in their local currency. G Adventures shall provide a list of eligible trips to each winner to choose from. This prize includes the cost of the applicable tour only and shall have no cash value. The costs of airfare to and from the prize trip, along with all taxes and fees payable on such airfare, shall be payable by the winning Agent, which may vary based on the Winner and guest’s point of origin and are not the responsibility of G Adventures.

The Tour portion of the Prizes applies to the listed itinerary only, & excludes optional or additional services such as transfers, pre/post-accommodation, 'My Own Room', mandatory insurance, & all incidentals, meals, gratuities, & transportation not expressly included in the itinerary. Prizes: i) are subject to availability, ii) are valid on new bookings only, iii) may not be combined with any other offer or discount, iv) have no cash value, v) are not transferable, vi) cannot be exchanged, vii) are non-commissionable.

Prize Winners will be provided with a selection of eligible dates on which to travel on their prize trip by G Adventures. The Winner may choose any departure from such dates provided that a minimum of 6 paying passengers book or are booked on the same departure. If a departure does not have the minimum required number of paying passengers the Winner(s) shall choose alternate dates which meet this requirement. Prize trips awarded must be booked and traveled on prior to December 15, 2026. Prize trips are subject to change at G Adventures’ discretion, however such alternate trips shall have a value no less than the Prize trip originally awarded. Once a prize trip has been booked, no substitutions or changes by the Winning Agent will be permitted to any elements of the prize, including the identity of the winning Agent’s guest.

Prizes are for one-time use only (and any unused prize value shall be forfeited), are non-transferable and are only for winner(s)’ personal use. Prizes may not be distributed or sold, or otherwise used for commercial or personal gain, other than for the purpose for which they are intended.

MONTHLY PRIZES

Monthly Prizes shall be awarded to one Agent who completes the highest number of Eligible Bookings during the time period indicated:

January 1 to January 31, – $5,000 cash or a trip voucher for each regional winner in their local currency

SOCIAL MEDIA CHALLENGES

Each Agent may enter to compete in Social Media Challenges to be eligible to win a Monthly Prize. The monthly challenges examples are found below and can change at any time.

• 1. Share and Win
  Description: This challenge requires the agents to share a related G Adventures post on their social media. A random winner will be chosen to win the monthly prize.
• 2. Photo Contest
  Description: Agents are encouraged to guess the photo posted by G Adventures. The first winner that is correct will win the monthly prize.
• 3. Caption This!
  Description: G Adventures will share an image on their Facebook page. Agents will be asked to participate in creating the best caption for that photo. The agent who has the most likes on their caption will win the monthly prize.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND PROCEDURE FOR TIED AGENTS

All Winners will be notified by G Adventures via email within 30 days of the Program Period’s termination. G Adventures shall have final discretion in all decisions regarding Winners, eligibility and distribution of Prizes including the Grand Prize. If there are two eligible Agents with the same number of Eligible Bookings (“Tied Agents”), prize eligibility shall be determined by reference to the total dollar amount of all Eligible Bookings made by each Tied Agent. The Tied Agent with the highest dollar amount of Eligible Bookings will be awarded the applicable Prize.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY

In lieu of entering a Draw by receiving a ballot or entry from an Eligible Booking, registered G-Normous agents who meet the eligibility criteria may enter the Prize Draws by hand-printing their first name, last name, telephone number, complete mailing address, employing agency (if any), email address, age and signature on a plain white piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient pre-paid postage) along with a 50 word or more unique and original handwritten essay on the G Adventures experience and the name of the Draw the registrant wishes to enter to G-Normous Mail-In Entries, 19 Charlotte St., Suite 200, Toronto, ON, Canada, M5V 2H5 (“Mail-in Entry”). Mail-in entries must include a United States or Canadian stamp (as appropriate) on an outer envelope for the appropriate required postage. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked on or before the last day to enter the Draw, and must be received by G Adventures on or within seven (7) days following the last day to enter the Draw. Mail-in Entries for the Draw will be included in the first available Draw following receipt of the Mail-in Entry. Limit one (1) entry per outer-postmarked envelope. All Mail-in Entries become the exclusive property of G Adventures and will not be acknowledged nor returned. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted, and all such entries will be void. Any attempt at e-mail or any other method of entry is void. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of entry by G Adventures. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator are responsible for misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, late, delayed, undelivered, postage-due, damaged or illegible entries, and all such entries will be void.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Prizes are non-transferable and substitution will not be allowed, except as expressly provided in these Terms or otherwise consented to in writing by G Adventures in its sole discretion. G Adventures reserves the right to substitute a Prize with one of equal or greater value should any advertised Prize become unavailable for any reason. Reporting and payment of federal, state, provincial and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the Prizes not otherwise specified herein, are the responsibility of Prize Winners. G Adventures will issue tax reporting documents as required by applicable laws and regulations upon request by the applicable Prize winners.

Upon participation in the Program, Agents consent to G Adventures’ posting to their commercial website, social media accounts, and similar, and reproducing, printing, publishing, broadcasting and otherwise using the winning Agents’ name, image, workplace, and city of residence in connection therewith in connection with: (a) the Program; (b) any advertising and promotion in any media related to the Program, or G Adventures, including without limitation, in any advertising materials or via e-mail communication and/or news releases without further compensation and without limitation as to time or territory.

The G Adventures Booking Terms and Conditions shall apply to all prize trips, including the requirement of all those travelling on the prize trip(s) to procure their own travel medical, evacuation and repatriation insurance in an amount no less than US$200,000. All those travelling on any Prize Trip will be required to provide proof of such insurance before embarking on the trip; G Adventures reserves the right to not permit anyone without such coverage in place to travel on the applicable prize trip. All Agents participating in the Program acknowledge and agree that they are responsible to ensure their eligibility to travel internationally, their proper and lawful eligibility to enter the country or region where any prize trip is to be held, and to re-enter their country of residence, and represent and warrant to G Adventures that they possess or are able to procure a valid passport for the duration of the trip, according to current international travel law. Passport and visa procurements will be the sole responsibility and for the sole account of the Agent. G Adventures reserves the right to reasonably modify the prize trip if the selected trip is not available or cannot reasonably be provided. If an Agent is unable to participate in a prize trip due to passport, entry or other legal or regulatory restrictions, they shall be deemed to have forfeited their entry into the Program and G Adventures shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such inability to participate and/or such forfeiture.

By participating in this Program, entrants and their travel companions must be 18 years old or older and agree to: (a) comply with all terms and conditions outlined in these Terms and abide by the decisions of G Adventures which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) release, discharge, and hold harmless G Adventures and the agencies involved in the development and administration of the Program, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Program and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any Prize and to execute any release documents required. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, G ADVENTURES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES AND COSTS) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. G Adventures’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. G Adventures reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or prematurely conclude the Program should any fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Program. If the Program is cancelled, G Adventures will select winners from the entries received up to time of such cancellation. In no event will G Adventures be liable for more than the stated number of Prizes in these Terms. G Adventures reserves the right to disqualify any person or persons who violates the Terms or interferes with this Program in any manner.

Agents shall not be entitled to any monetary or other forms of compensation for their participation in the Program other than those expressly set out herein.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

G Adventures is also not responsible for errors or problems which may occur in connection with or relating to the Program, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program, the processing of entries, the selection of winner(s), the announcement of winners or that may limit prize fulfillment or a person’s ability to participate. G Adventures is also not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Program-related materials.

PRIVACY: Personal information collected from participating Agents is subject to the G Adventures’ Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.gadventures.com/terms-conditions/privacy/.
