Day 1 Bangkok
Arrive at any time.
Day 2 Bangkok (1B)
Free day to see the sights of Bangkok such as the Grand Palace and Wat Po. Overnight train to Surat Thani.
Day 3-4 Krabi/Ao Nang or Koh Phangan
For trips departing November to April, arrive early morning and transfer to bungalows at Ao Nang. Phi Phi Island snorkelling trip, swim, cooking school or relax by the beach. For trips departing May to October, a short boat ride to the small island of Koh Phangan. Explore the islands waterfalls, swim in its lagoons or just relax.
Day 5-6 Langkawi or Koh Samui/Nakhon Si Thammarat
For trips departing November to April, depart Thailand through the port of Satun and travel by ferry to the Malaysian island of Langkawi. For trips departing May to October, arrive at Koh Samui during the afternoon. Ferry ride back to the mainland, transfer to the Southern Thai City of Nakhon Si Thammarat.
Day 7 Penang (1B)
Our scenic boat trip through the sheltered archipelago takes us to Penang. Optional city tour, visit Kek Lok Si Temple, Little India, Chinatown.
Day 8-9 Cameron Highlands (1B)
Optional Highlands tours, hiking or walk around town.
Day 10-11 Kuala Lumpur
Overland transfer to the capital where you can choose to take a city tour, visit Petronas Towers, Chinatown, KL Tower, Islamic Arts Museum or the National Mosque.
Day 12 Melaka
Optional museum visits, boat tour of Melaka's canals, visit the town's highlights.
Day 13 Singapore
Border crossing Malaysia into Singapore. Free time to visit Night Safari, Raffles Hotel, Chinatown or Little India.
Day 14-15 Jakarta (2B)
On day 14 we take a late morning flight (NOT INCLUDED). There will be plenty of time to explore the thriving capital of Indonesia with optional city tour on Day 15.
Day 16-17 Cianjur (2B,1D)
Venture to Cianjur via Bogor, visit the floating villages and perhaps teach English to local children.
Day 18-20 Yogyakarta (3B)
Scenic train trip to Yogyakarta. Option to visit Borobudur temple complex and town.
Day 21 Solo (1B)
Onward to Solo with optional stop for cycling around Prambanan Temples.
Day 22 Malang (1B)
Entrance to Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park.
Day 23 Mt Bromo (1B)
Chance to view the Moonscape of Bromo.
Day 24 Kalibaru (1B)
Visit the famous Indonesian coffee plantations.
Day 25-26 Pemutaran (1B)
Relax by the beach, explore the National Park or take the option of a snorkelling trip to Menjangan Island.
Day 27 Sanur (1B)
Head to Sanur via hot springs and enjoy your final night's dinner.
