At G Adventures, we ditched the corporate playbook a long time ago. Policies can get people ticking boxes, but they can't make anyone care.
What we've built instead is a community with a shared responsibility: we show up to do our best, we pull our weight, and we look out for the people next to us.
We've learned that policies and hierarchies won't get us through the hard stretches. Trust will. So we hold each other to a mutual commitment that everyone in this company signs up for: an everyday gut-check we call the Consistent-Cs.
They sit alongside our core values, but they're not aspirational — they're the behaviours we actually commit to, day after day, in how we show up for our teams, and the communities we impact.
