Leading adventure travel company expanding rapidly in US market with strategic hires.

PROVIDENCE, RI, December 7, 2010 – G Adventures announced today the appointment of Ron Dreyer to National Sales Manager for its US operations. Dreyer joins the company from Langham Hotels International, where he served as Regional Sales Manager in the company’s Chicago office. He has been committed to the travel industry while managing global relationships with tour operators during his Global Sales tenure for Marriott International.

Dreyer will be based in Florida and will manage a team of Regional Sales Managers located in key cities across the U.S. He is responsible for developing new staff and working with strategic travel partners throughout the United States.

With a new team and resources committed to growing the US market, awareness of G Adventures is growing. Dreyer will work with agents to ensure they fully understand the company’s existing products as well as the company’s new products, the brochure for which will be available to agents by December 19, 2010.

Earlier this month G Adventures received the Readers' Choice award for Best Tour Operator – Travel from Agent@Home and Vacation Agent.

G Adventures, which was founded in 1990, has more than 800 employees and annual revenue of about $160 million.
