Adventure travel leader tops Get Out There Magazine’s Readers’ Choice list

Get Out There Magazine readers voted and crowned G Adventures, the world’s adventure travel leader, as Canada’s Best Adventure Operator. The fifth annual Readers’ Choice poll received ballots from more than 1,600 voters across the country this year; a significant increase from just under 500 in the previous year.

“We’re tremendously thrilled and honoured to be recognized as Canada’s leader in adventure travel,” says Bruce Poon Tip, founder of G Adventures. “This award is a true testament to our commitment to providing unparalleled customer service and offering life-changing adventures.”

Get Out There Magazine is Canada’s most widely distributed endurance sport and outdoor recreation magazine. Its Readers’ Choice Awards recognize the people, places and organizations of Canada that champion active living. Readers are invited to vote in over 30 categories, including: best marathon, best yoga studio, best event t-shirt, best place to watch the Tour de France, and more. This year’s survey received the biggest response ever in the publication’s history.

From tours that cater to culture cravers and foodies, to fitness fanatics and festival chasers, G Adventures offers options for all types and preferences. To order copies of the 2011 brochures, visit: http://www.gadventures.com/brochure.
