Tour Suspension Travel Credits for G Adventures' tours
A G Adventures Suspension Travel Credit (the "Suspension Credit") is valid for the stated amount in specified currency only. Any bookings made using a Suspension Credit must be made in the same currency the Suspension Credit was issued in.
These terms apply to all travel credits issued by G Adventures on or after February 1, 2020 for tours cancelled, suspended, or modified as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Suspension Credits can only be applied to new bookings made after March 16, 2020 and cannot be applied to any balance payments owing for bookings made prior to March 16, 2020 unless such booking was a rebooking of a tour that was suspended, cancelled or modified due to the COVID-19 pandemic and booked prior to February 1, 2020.
Suspension Credits issued on account of tours suspended, can be applied to the booking of trips departing up to two years from the end of the month of the tour suspension date.

Any amount owing towards the booking to which the Suspension Credit is being applied that is over the value of the Suspension Credit shall be paid by the traveller in a payment form generally accepted by G Adventures.
Suspension Credits can be combined with any other discounts or promotions, subject to the terms of the other discount or promotion. The value of a Suspension Credit can be applied towards a deposit on a booking.
Suspension Credits can be applied towards booking any of the following:
- All G Adventures tours
- Pre and post-night hotel accommodation
- Transfers
- Pre-booked optional activities
- My Own Room
- Day Tours
Suspension Credits cannot be applied towards booking of the following:
- Airfare
- Insurance
- Any on-tour purchases
Suspension Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. If the booking to which the Suspension Credit is applied is cancelled, then any amount due back to the traveler pursuant to the G Adventures Terms & Conditions will be returned in the form of a travel credit subject to these same Suspension Credit terms. Should the booking to which the Suspension Credit is applied be of a lesser value than your Suspension Credit, you can retain the remaining balance as a travel credit on your file until its expiry date. The balance cannot be returned as cash. If a Suspension Credit is issued to a passenger who made their initial booking directly with G Adventures, the booking to which the Suspension Credit is applied will not be commissionable.
Passport, visa, and vaccination procurement and costs are the sole responsibility of the traveller. Use of a Suspension Credit is subject to the traveller agreeing to G Adventures’ booking terms and conditions, found at gadventures.com/terms/. Mandatory insurance, at the cost of the traveller, is required for participation on any G Adventures trip, in an amount no less than USD$200,000 and covering medical, evacuation, and repatriation while travelling. G Adventures reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unauthorized, altered, ineligible, or fraudulent use of an Suspension Credit.
Tour Suspension Travel Credits for National Geographic Journeys tours
A National Geographic Journeys with G Adventures COVID-19 Travel Credit (the "NG Suspension Credit") is valid for the stated amount in specified currency only. Any bookings made using a NG Suspension Credit must be made in the same currency the Suspension Credit was issued in.
These terms apply to all travel credits issued by G Adventures on or after February 1, 2020 for National Geographic Journeys with G Adventures tours cancelled, suspended, or modified as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Suspension Credits can only be applied to new bookings made after March 16, 2020 and cannot be applied to any balance payments owing for bookings made prior to March 16, 2020 unless such booking was a rebooking of a tour that was suspended, cancelled or modified due to the COVID-19 pandemic and booked prior to February 1, 2020.
NG Suspension Credits issued on account of tours suspended between March 16 and April 30, 2020 can be applied to the booking of trips departing on or before April 30, 2022 and NG Suspension Credits issued on account of tours suspended between May 1 and May 31, 2020 can be applied to the booking of trips departing on or before May 31, 2022. Suspension Credits issued on account of tours suspended between June 1 and June 30, 2020 can be applied to the booking of trips departing on or before June 30, 2022. NG Suspension Credits issued on account of tours suspended prior to March 16, 2020 or after June 30, 2020, if any, can be applied to the booking of trips departing up to two years from the end of the month of the tour suspension date.
