Take in the eclectic mix of traditions and cultures that continue to shape Buenos Aires today. Later, hop on a bike and explore the city's southern end, where people live in colourful houses and spill onto the streets to cheer for the local soccer team. Tonight, enjoy an authentic Argentine asado, or barbecue, with a drink on a rooftop patio.
