This is an opportunity to see what is generally accepted as the 8th Wonder of the World. Granada, the city is world famous for it´s “Alhambra Palace” and “Generalife Gardens”, the longest lasting Arab kingdom in Spain, 800 years of Arab occupation, and also the resting place of Isabel and Ferdinand. The Alhambra Palace is the best and most well preserved example of Islamic architecture in Spain. Many of the original palaces, squares and plazas, are still there for you to admire. The “Generalife Gardens” still remain very much as they were, when used by the Arab kings, over 1000 years ago. We also visit Granada, where in your free time maybe you would like to stroll through the Arabian Market. Full Day - Strenuous Walking (there are many steps at the Alhambra Palace) - Must See IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PARTICULAR EXCURSION MUST BE PREBOOKED MORE THAN 70 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
