Travel to Bohinj Lake and catch the cable car up to Vogel ski resort. Our hike starts here ascending through valleys, steep slopes and mountain passes. Reach Vogel's peak for sweeping views of the Julian Alps before hiking back for a traditional Slovane lunch. Return to Bled with a stop at the Savica waterfall en route.

Hop on the Vogel cable car which lifts visitors from Bohinj lake to Vogel ski centre in only 3-4 minutes. This is a perfect place for views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Descend to Bohinjska Bela, cross another river then hike to stunning Lake Bled. From here, ascend to Ojstrica at 610m and continue
to Velika Osojnica (756m) and be rewarded with panoramic views of Lake Bled, Kamniško-Savinjske Alpe and the Karavanke mountain and beyond to the Ljubljana basin. After a break to take in this glorious view, start our descent, via Mala Osojnica (685m).
