This trip is designed for groups traveling with children between the ages of 7 and 17. Your group must include a child in order to book, and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Arrive in time to meet your fellow travelers for a welcome gathering this evening. Your arrival transfer is included.
The adventure begins tonight. Feel free to explore before your welcome meeting, but make sure you’re back in time to meet the group. Check for the meeting time on the welcome note at the hotel. After introductions, your CEO will review the details of your tour. Please note that normal check-in times apply at our start hotels, but you can usually store your luggage for the day if you arrive early.
You will be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel to start your adventure.
Start off with a walking tour of the Île de la Cité, in the heart of Paris. Cross the oldest bridge in Paris and spend the rest of the day exploring as you wish. Perhaps climb the steps of the Eiffel Tower, or visit the inside of the Louvre to see famous art like the "Mona Lisa" and the "Venus de Milo."
If you wish to visit the Louvre, catacombs or the Eiffel Tower, we recommend booking admission tickets online, prior to your departure. Many popular attractions in Europe have a timed ticketing system, so please ensure you are booking admission for the afternoon of this day. Without reserved tickets, there is the risk of waiting in long queues - a little planning goes a long way.
Being the art, fashion, and gastronomy centre of France, there is no shortage of things to do and see.
Head to the medieval centre of Paris on a guided tour of Île de la Cité, the island in the Seine where the city was first settled. Cross the Pont Neuf, which is the oldest bridge in Paris. Pass the stunning Palais de la Cité, the first royal palace in Paris; and home to Sainte Chapelle and La Conciergerie, which was used as a prison to house Marie Antoinette during the French revolution.
Visit the charming hilltop village Montmartre by foot. Formerly inhabited by Picasso and Dali this buzzing district offers stunning views over Paris and still is home to many artists who are selling their work in the winding streets. Stroll the alleys and visit Sacre-Coeur Basilica as well as Montmartre’s famous carousel.

Leave shore and discover Paris on board of a sightseeing cruise. With many of its popular monuments right by the Seine, Paris is best seen from the water. Sit back, enjoy the breeze while passing Île de la Cité, the Eiffel Tower and much more.
Examine the massive collection at the Louvre, home to the Mona Lisa and the Winged Venus. While it might take a lifetime to view everything in the museum, one of the largest in the world, make the most of the time you have and try to spend at least a few hours wandering around.
Visit the most famous landmark in France: the Eiffel Tower. Opt to climb the stairs or take an elevator to the top for a stunning view over the city. Hang out at dusk and watch the tower light up.
Today the group will travel to the village of Giverny to take in the home of painter Claude Monet. Afterwards, continue on to the port town of Honfleur. Enjoy lunch as a group and wander the streets of the town where the Seine meets the English Channel. Then travel to Bayeux, an ancient city where the group will staying for the next few days.
Depart for Upper Normandy and the quaint village of Giverny; where Impressionist painter Claude Monet lived and worked from 1883 until his death in 1926. Monet felt that his flower and water gardens here were his greatest works of art and to this day, they are meticulously maintained.
Enjoy a visit and walk through Claude Monet's Garden, inspiration for the artist's water-lily series and named as one of National Geographic's "top 10 most magnificent gardens in the world."
Honfleur sits on the estuary where the River Seine meets the English Channel and is considered one of the prettiest port towns in France. Its quaint harbour and historic buildings have always been a draw for artists, including Monet.

Learn all about the history surrounding D-Day and the battle to liberate France during a World War II historical experience today. The group will then climb aboard a military vehicle and drive to the nearby Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial. Then, spend free time in the afternoon getting to know historic Bayeux. Before a group dinner in the evening, learn how to make crepes.
D-Day is the largest seaborne military attack in history. Begin with a short introduction to this historic day that marked the beginning of the end of World War II. Then, embark on a hands-on sensorial D-Day experience. Smell military equipment, oils, and delicate Parisian perfumes from the 1940s, feel the weight of D-Day equipment and try on a 1941 field jacket, and taste the chocolate bars carried in the haversacks. Following this, jump in a military truck and transfer to the nearby Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial.
Legend has it that these crisp, thin pancakes were first invented in the 13th century by a Breton housewife that accidentally dripped thin porridge on a hot cooking surface. In this cooking demonstration, see how traditional French crepes are prepared, including making the batter and techniques for spreading it on a pan, flipping, and filling. After, enjoy a tasty dinner of these "magnifique" creations.

Today’s adventure includes a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage site, Mont-Saint-Michel off the Normandy coast. Enjoy an orientation walk and then use free time to explore the cobbled streets and maybe climb to the top of the island where the medieval abbey sits. Later, return to Bayeux where you can choose to see the Bayeux Tapestry, which colourfully traces the Norman conquest of England.

Visit Mont-Saint-Michel a UNESCO World Heritage site. This medieval fortress is considered one of the most imposing sites in Europe, with origins dating back to the 8th century. After an orientation with our CEO, enjoy free time to wander the winding streets and ally's or climb up to visit the Abbey church.

Visit the stunning Bayeux Cathedral, located in the heart of the town and a prime example of gothic architecture.
Depicting over 50 scenes, the Bayeux Tapestry is an embroidery, 230 feet long, made in the 11th century. The scenes tell the tale of the conquest of England by William, Duke of Normandy. This stunning linen canvas was thought to be embroidered by monks in the south of England after the Battle of Hastings in October, 1066.
Leave Normandy today and travel to the Loire Valley in France. Visit some cliff-side caverns and walk inside some cave dwelling homes while learning about the geology of the region. Then, travel onwards to the ancient city of Blois and take advantage of a free evening to relax or explore this hillside city and its' many staircases.
Step back in time and discover the unique culture surrounding French troglodyte communities on a visit to the Perrieres caves. Troglodyte homes were carved out of limestone rock formations that formed millions of years ago - the Perrieres caves in particular are over 10 million years old. Explore these underground caves to see ancient life including sea creatures, local flora and fauna preserved in beautiful stone.

First things this morning the group will enjoy a canoeing excursion along the Cher River. Paddle to this fairytale castle that spans the river called Château de Chenonceau. Afterwards, visit the last home of Leonardo da Vinci, known as the Château du Clos Lucé. The younger members of the group can pick a special “inventor’s notebook” and try their hand at inventing their own machine.
You must be able to swim to take part in canoeing; if anyone in your family cannot swim, or if you choose to opt out of the canoeing, that is not a problem. We can transport you directly to the castle where you will have more time to explore.
Visit the official residence of Leonardo Da Vinci, where he lived from 1516 until his death in 1519. Learn about the genius of da Vinci and his inventions and art in an interactive and fun visit to this historic Chateau.
