With the rise of modern beverages and global drink trends, Jamu is often seen as a drink of the past. Cafes around Jakarta are working to change this narrative by reimagining Jamu for a new generation, using modern brewing methods, unique flavor combinations, and sleek presentation to make this traditional drink appealing and relevant once again.
