Arrive in Marrakech at any time.
Please make sure to inform your G Adventures sales representative or travel agent of your flight arrival details in advance so we can arrange for your arrival transfer to our joining hotel.
Your Welcome Moment: Welcome Moment - Meet Your CEO and Group
Your opportunity to meet your CEO and fellow travellers, and learn more about your tour. Opt to join the group for a local meal afterwards. Don't forget to see the notice in the lobby (or ask reception) for the official time and place to meet up with the group.
Day 2Marrakech/Aït Ben Haddou
In the afternoon transfer to Ait Benhaddou and spend the night.

Free Time
Opt to explore the souks and narrow lanes of this diverse city.

Transfer to the thriving market town of Taroudant, along the way visit Tazernakht, famous for its traditional Moroccan carpets.

Tazenakht Visit
Stop in the town of Tazenahkt, famous for harvesting the precious spice saffron. Stop to explore the town and enjoy the views over the mountains.

Drive from Taroudant to the Moroccan coast at Essaouira via the town of Agadir. Stop along the way to visit an Argan oil co-operative to enjoy lunch and some mint tea.
Journey through remote villages and along plateaus dotted with argan trees, before arriving at Essaouria.

Agadir Visit
Visit the coastal town of Agadir, which boasts a lively and vibrant seafront. Relax in one of the many cafes or restaurants along the water.
Argan Oil Co-operative Visit
Learn about the unique production of argan oil, common to many parts of Morocco. This beauty product is now all the rage around the world. See the entire process, from the argan fruit being cracked to the end product, and learn more about the many uses of this oil.

Enjoy a morning surf lesson in Essaouira before transferring to Sidi Kaouki and camping out in the sand.
Get the basics and then hop on a board to try your hand at surfing the waves this morning.
Surfing
Head out to catch some waves and enjoy the surf and fresh sea air.

Overnight Beach Camping
Set up camp alongside the sandy expanse of the beach, past the whitewashed walls of the villages, for the night. Sleeping out under canvas or under the stars in this serene location is a great way to unwind.

Morning walk along the beach returning to Essaouira. Transfer to Marrakech in the afternoon. Enjoy a guided visit to explore the souks and bustling city of Marrakech.
Coastal Walking
Walk along the Atlantic Coastline back from Sidi Kaouki. Following the coastline, this fascinating walk passes through fishing villages and communities, gradually changing in landscape as the bustling city of Essaouria approaches and the hike ends. Enjoy some time exploring the city in the afternoon.

Settle in and scan the scenery from the convenience of a private vehicle.
Guided Walk
Explore the Djemaa el Fna square, the heart of Marrakech. Wander past the fresh orange juice stalls, water sellers in colourful costumes (with traditional leather water bags and brass cups) reminiscent of an era past. Continue on a guided walk around the city.
